In 2006 I was working for a wannabe congressional candidate in the state of Ohio. My candidate asked me if I wanted to meet Bill Clinton. I said yes in a nanosecond because my civics high school teacher had told us teenage zombies that if we ever had the chance to meet a President that we should take it. So me and my candidate drive up to Cleveland where Bill was to give a speech in a high school auditorium. We go backstage and security tells us that The President would walk in through the back door and shake our hands. They also told us to not ask questions and to line up and not interrupt the path towards the main stage. We wait in the back of the auditorium for about 30 minutes. Then the back stage door opens and in walks Bill and his entire entourage. The President goes down the line shaking hands and saying hello. When he gets to my candidate, my candidate says "Nice to meet you Mr. President", points to me and faintly utters "This is Sidney." Bill looked me in the eye, shook my hand and said, "Thanks for coming, Sidney", and continued down the line. The moment lasted less than 1 second. As soon as the Presdient was out of sight, we were allowed to return to the front of the auditorium to take our seats. Sitting among us was the entire African American community of Cleveland, or at least it felt like it. We had to sit there and listen to every Ohio politician running for public office give a speech. About three hours after shaking the President's hand, Bill came out and the audience exploded in adulation. They gave him a standing ovation for, what seemed, a full ten minutes. It was insane. Women were crying, and screams of "We love you Bill" could be heard all over the auditorium. I had never experienced anything like it. I was young. The President talked for about 20 minutes. Very moving speech as I recall. Then the speech was over and The President actually walked down towards the people in the audience. Everyone started rushing the stage to shake hands with The President. Women were crying and screaming as they approached the President. Meanwhile, I'm being pushed right towards the President and all I can do is extend my hand so I can shake his hand again. The President took my hand, looked up at me and said, "Hi Sidney'. I almost passed out.

Bill Clinton gives off an "icky" vibe.
Just out of curiosity, what vibe does Trump give?

Even though we are directly opposed in some of our ideals, Joe is one of the best interviewers I have ever seen, heard but not yet met. Talent is Talent, but at least listen to his ideas, even if you disagree, might just learn something and no need to slam the guy personally
Agreed. Today I learned George W Bush doesnt know how to spell pootaydoe. I wild hive assummed hi cid nut doe
you fall apart like a cheap suit...lol What a pus h over
Wait what? Obama didn’t read off a TelePrompTer!? Haha ok....
Yeah I laughed at that. Obama was all about the teleprompter.
Yes! What Joe meant to say was, "Obama was a great oral reader."
It was Obama you weren't allowed to tell jokes about. Ask Jay Leno..and many others
For a while I've had a theory about that. Granted they were both aging and ready to retire; letterman and Leno quit long time positions on Obamas watch. I wonder if they were told not to touch obama and then said,"that's enough."
George Washington had a kingship and he was not gluttonous nor corrupted by the power.
Wish people put less emphasis on the way politicians talked and more on the results they produced.
Bill “Two Blondes and a Brunette” Clinton.
Trump “paying hookers to piss on a bed” Trump
@@Ether165 fabricated bullshit. That Hillary literally paid Russians for.

No Joe. I don't ever want him to represent me, or Clinton. Thank god he's gone
Sounds like you missed the point bud

accountable citizen Well I’m not going to re watch this but I’d have to assume this about Obama and Clinton and that I meant their the type, not the actual person, charismatic and well spoken.
"Power corrupts". You really find out the character of a person when they become unchecked.
Joe with the dubious historical analogies
I miss the good ol days of the liberal south.
When exactly do you imagine that was?
@@jsquared1013 Wouldn't expect you to know history, but the south was a solid Democratic voting block until 1964.... That's when President Johnson (a Democrat from Texas) pushed through the Civil Rights Amendment. Then suddenly, almost overnight, the South was voting Republican.. HMMMM!!!!
Joe rarely off the mark talking about "old kings." Gross overgeneralization. Some were gluttons, sure; others were tacticians and shrewd power brokers. Their armies did the conquering; not the Kings.
it was the dumbest comment I have ever heard him say.
Just say no to drugs kids.
If the guy would have said "Nancy is the evilest person on the planet"...you would have been screwed! lmao
Wellll, then theres Killary
Ron white actually looks pretty good. Before he looked like would likely die during the set. Now he looks like he might make it to next week.
"I believe man and fish can coexist peacefully" GWB
It's a beautiful quote ✌
That’s actually really deep.
"If you're working hard to put food on your family." 😂 or some shit like that
I thought Obama read directly off of the teleprompter. Also his apology tour around the world, hatred of the military, fast and furious, Solindra..........
Literally searched the internet for a whole two hours for just this one joke @5:43
Joe "Hitler, Stalin, Mao, just should have been comedians" Rogan.
Hitler I could see that. Stalin not so much. Mao? Who knows I'm American
To be fair, things may have been better if they had been
He represents a false reality.
Did any one here realize Ron told this same joke on the most recent jre episode in the new Houston, red studio? Joe said Clinton was a hack.
Correction, most all kings were sociopaths. Power was acquired through killing, back-stabbing and conniving.
He golfed with Bill Clinton. He basketballed with Obama, he baseballed with Carter, and he soccered with George W.
cant believe he'z famous
Wow that shit he said about how contrary Kings have always behaved, and how Trump is that?
Mind kinda blown. Trumps appeal really makes sense in that regard.
Love these two. The buying a car, thinking about pussy line is an Otto & George bit.

The point of Joes show isn’t to dress down and argue with guests from the strict and immutable position of a particular political philosophy. It’s to have an interesting and organic conversation.
When you talk to lots of different people for hours about all sorts of things, positions and demeanors are slightly elastic. More especially if you actually want to convince somebody of something.
You do this too, all the time in real life conversations, depending on the person and the setting. If not, you are just a robot spouting rhetoric.
Wow so deep🙄
Beezard Sneezebomb Joe has a political philosophy and it's organic, just like HORSE SHIT!!!
I just got an ad about Joe Rogan talking about Traegar Grills, and got confused because I was wondering how Grills had anything to do with Bill Clinton.
When ever I listen to... I drink alone with nobody else totally think about ron white
The “gonna buy a Ferrari but I’m thinking about pussy” line is actually a well known (in Nashville) and oft repeated bit of humor from Hee Haw’s Grandpa Jones...except it was a Cadillac dealership...
Reagan was smooth
I never knew Ron White had Obama that far up in his guts.

Obama read the Irish prime ministers entire speech from the teleprompter. The ending was hilarious.. he introduced himself. Haha
Fuck! Is that truth??
What?! I'm on the hunt for that link now
That's not what happened at all! Brian Cowen recited Obama's speech right after Obama did due to a teleprompter error. www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-1162976/Teleprompter-meltdown-Irish-PM-repeats-Obamas-speech--president-thanks-himself.html
