It’s so relieving to see him being mentioned still as a member of shinee, I’ve seen so many things excluding him and it bothers me. Shinee will always be OT5.
I hate the way SM treats SHINee as much as the next person, but I kinda understand why they have to avoid talking about him now. You know all this content is being monetized right? So it’s not right for them to keep bringing him up/using his image to make money in the OFFICIAL IMAGE/storyline of SHINee (and I think they acknowledge that it’s not the right thing to do too). In the SHINee discovery room in their 10th anniversary, they still included Jonghyun’s handwritten lyrics, on the camping car in this video, he’s still included as a doll with Onew, and all the money made from Jonghyun’s streaming is transferred straight to Jonghyun’s sister, instead of being divided between the company and the artist like other idols. I really think as horrible as SM is, they still have the ultimate respect for Jonghyun

I really love when Taemin talks about Jjong. He always talks about him very bubbly and so cheerful, in a way that we never heard about Jjong before. Like, when they had to wake up early and Jjong nagged on them. Taem talks about Jjong’s stories as if he’s still here. Ot3 talk about Jjong too .. but there’re some sad tones when they did. Idk why but I’d love to hear Taem told stories about Jjong more. It’d be fun. Taem has changed a lot in the past 3-4 years, he’s more opened up and I really really love that about him.
I absolutely adore his endearing personality. And you’re right, he talks about Jjong in a very loving, but also bubbly and happy way, it’s so refreshing. I’m happy he’s able to talk about him like that. It means that he’s in a much better place now. Also I loved the cover, it was truly beautiful 🥹

I think the others were closer to Jonghyun so it's more difficult for them. Key was very close to him and his great admiration and affection for him was evident, Minho was literally his rock and supported him in everything (he was with him on his last day as a DJ and was the only member of the group to go to his last concert) and Onew is the leader who is supposed to manage and protect his group members, so failing to prevent Jonghyun's death must have been a huge psychological wound for them. Instead Taemin has always been a bit of an airhead and has always had a tendency to focus only on himself, it's easier for him to forget and forgive himself and therefore it's easier for him to talk lightly about Jonghyun. The more distant you are with heart and head the easier it is.

Thanks for this - just having such a smile on my face -especially seeing the Jjong and Onew dolls going on a trip. Also when Taemin and they all raised a glass to Onew too.....I just did not know how much that would mean to my soul. These guys really make me proud and just love them not as Idols or performers - but sincere and loving persons (OT5) Somehow Lee got the right people together for a unique journey and we have and will continue to benefit from the formation of Shinee. Thank you for the variety in their comeback show, I especially loved Taemin singing Jonghyun's End of A Day on the piano at the end of the pier, that was lovely! And their joking with Taemin about his strangeness since he was a "kid" and their just having to deal with it, how else to love him?

Thanks for this - just having such a smile on my face -especially seeing the Jjong and Onew dolls going on a trip. Also when Taemin and they all raised a glass to Onew too.....I just did not know how much that would mean to my soul. These guys really make me proud and just love them not as Idols or performers - but sincere and loving persons (OT5) Somehow Lee got the right people together for a unique journey and we have and will continue to benefit from the formation of Shinee. Guys you knocked it out of the park and we thank you.
셋이서 부르는 셜록 보고 뭉클하다. 태민, 민호 보컬이 예전에 비해서 정말 많이 발전했다. 퍼포먼스는 말할 것도 없다. 키까지 멤버의 빈자리를 메우기 위해 셋이서 얼마나 독하게 연습했을까. 고생 너무 많았고 진짜로 멋있다. 셋이서 오롯이 채운 무대가 너무 멋있고 충만하다.
