Well thank you so much! We are trying to grow awareness. It's so tough :) Please share our videos and channels with your friends as half of all parents would say they have a picky eater. You are in good company. It's normal for this age, but there are a lot of strategies parents can do to help their kids overcome their picky eating and create a healthy relationship with food that lasts a lifetime. One of the best things you can do is to offer a lot of variety. Here are some broccoli and meatball recipes that you can try overtime with your little one. Also, check back on our website as we have thousands of awesome recipes for kids and adults. feedingmykid.com/article/broccoli-recipes/ and feedingmykid.com/article/homemade-meatball-recipes/

My 10 year old is an extreme picky eater and I believe he is also lactose intolerant (he only drinks rice dream). I really don't know what to do after years of trying to get him to try different foods, any suggestions I'm desperate.?

I speak with parents every day that are in a similar boat as you. It's super challenging! Have you see the video about food chaining on our channel? We also have tons of resources on our website feedingmykid.com/?s=picky+eating over time, check out the different articles and videos. Not every approach works on every child and it might work in six months and not now. It's worth the effort and time and frustration... because it isn't easy! Have you contacted a Feeding Therapist? Do you have specific questions? Have you seen all the videos in the series?
