Congrats! I went from a ‘06 IS350 to a ‘16 IS350 FSport RWD to a ‘22 IS500 and the tech plus the handling was improved with each model. The 2021-2023 3rd Gen refresh is the best version of the IS, hands down. My IS500 has the serial killer red too and I love it. Thought it would be too much at first, but it’s not. Lastly…it’s a brand new car, you do not need to chop it up with all sorts of mods! Do the chrome delete and call it a day. 😎👍🏽

@@davarenalford1725 Look through Lexus’ media release for the 2021 refresh. There’s no such thing as a 4th Gen, there’s only 3 Generations of the IS line.

I have had my IS for 2 months now and your comment stood out to me because the first time I saw one live, I was facing the rear. I loved how Lexus widened the rear from the previous Generation. Altogether there's more detail in the design of the 21-23 IS'. All the grooves and lines took a lot of work for Lexus to make just right.

Currently own an is200t, was thinking about waiting for the next gen but this model is so beautiful and now i'm considering it.
Might be some changes in the new models since this was basically a roll over from the previous but it def is really nice!

I went from an infinity q60 luxe 3.0t to a 2022 Lexus Is 350 F Sport cloudburst gray with white seats and honestly no regrets!!! I also own my 2021 Audi Sq5 Optic Black package with red seats and I love it!! Soon I'll be upgrading to a LC 500, Is500 and corvette C8. Blessed to still keep my SQ5!!

I drive a Lexus RC350 f sport (white exterior w/ red interior). The red is the best. Every thing else besides brown is just basic to me now… nice color combo. I personally would rather have an M4 over the Lexus though but that’s me.

If you ever get a new car from a dealership, act hesitant and say if you throw in window tint, I'll take it. 10/10 times they'll tint it for you. I did it with my 2023 c43 and now Lexus has committed to doing it for the IS500 if i decide to get it.

Congrats on the new ride! I had a 3rd gen MY14 IS350 F Sport. It was a nice car, just not enough power for me. The 4th gen IS is a better looking car, but it's still using the same engine from gen 2. While the 3.5L V6 is one of the best engine in its era in terms of performance and reliability, it's time for Lexus step up in the engine department. BMW seems to be doing something right with the B58 engine that's powerful and reliable. If Lexus ever put a V6 twin turbo in the IS, I will probably get one.

Whatever you do don’t buy this car in AWD, you will regret it if you’re a true car enthusiast. It drives completely different and you’re much more in control and connected with RWD then the heavier AWD that’s totally not needed on this car especially in a warm climate.

Just shop around and be patient. We jumped into this kind of quickly because it was very last minute and unexpected but know what they go for so you know whats reasonable. If it were me, even though it takes longer to get, I'd custom order one so you get every option you want and none that you don't. I have vids on the channel on how I negotiate. Not an expert but I've been able to get some pretty alright deals I'd say.

@@EBKFiXXY I love Honda and bmw of course. Ive mostly had Hondas my entire life all great experiences Except for the most recent 1 which was the 2015 Honda accord v6 (earth dreams engine). The trans went out before 100k and had to be replaced and there were some other issues as well so that turned me off from Honda. I also don’t like that they got rid of the 2.0t engine. I’m currently at 44k miles in my 440i bmw and no issues yet (fingers crossed). Yes it is more expensive to maintain but way more fun than the accord and I wouldn’t turn back . Also i don’t plan on keeping any car longer than 5/7 years so clapped out won’t be a thing for me at least
