- Welp. It's finally here. My review on the Thomas and Friends movie Big World Big Adventures. It's finally time to break down the movie that ended up killing the Thomas and Friends series as a whole, and with this video it's also finally time for my 75th Anniversary Review-a-Thon to come to a close. There are no other Thomas movies after this one, so now I can move on to other review videos that I've been inspired to make. Here’s how I rank the 14 Thomas movies.
Best:
1. The Adventure Begins - Everything is correct in this gem.
2. The Great Discovery - The greatest in model production and Pierce Brosnan aka James Bond is awesome.
3. Blue Mountain Mystery - The peak of the Nitrogen series for sure.
4. Sodor’s Legend Of The Lost Treasure - The climax gives me Season 5 vibes, but Sir Topham Hatt’s tantrum on Thomas hurts my feelings.
Good:
5. Tale Of The Brave - All the characters are well driven, but James acts too much of a jerk.
6. Hero Of The Rails - A decent start to a mediocre era.
7. King Of The Railway - Great film but the plot is back and forth.
8. Thomas And The Magic Railroad - Thomas is not the main character and the humans have terrible acting, but it’s okay.
Poor:
9. Misty Island Rescue - It’s a mixed bag, but I can tolerate its nonsense.
10. The Great Race - It’s just a musical toy commercial.
11. Calling All Engines - Excellent modeling schemes but it’s pretty pointless.
Terrible:
12. Day Of The Diesels - Lame and boring.
13. Journey Beyond Sodor - This just doesn’t work out for me.

2 years ago you made the thomas and the magic railroad review and that’s when I met this channel I loved it and immediately subscribed and over 2 years you’ve been making banger after banger and now the ark is finally over

Agreed.
I know Misty Island Rescue is bad like Big World, Big Adventures the Movie, but I agree with George Bendall, I would rather watch Misty Island Rescue.
I've got a few things I would suggest you should review.
Maybe you could review Pingu (that's if you'd fancy it), the Cars movies, the Planes movies or the Sonic movies.
You can try reviewing all pixer cars movie 1 2 and 3 and cars on the road
I can handle your thoughts on this movie, I somewhat like this movie, I kinda like the plots, the color, and I like how Nia is introduced, although it is disappointing that Season 22 which is the first season of the BWBA Era that she and Rebecca replaced Henry and Edward in Tidmoth Sheds, but I find Nia and Rebecca in the BWBA Era to be okay, although not as charming as Henry and Edward being in Tidmoth Sheds, at least Henry and Edward still appear a lot in the BWBA Era! I also find the BWBA Era of the Show to be somewhat decent because I like the colors of it as it used the same Brenner Era style except with more colorful features and some light shade and tint to it, I am totally okay with your thoughts on the BWBA movie and BWBA Era of the show (a.k.a Season 22-24)
Ace doesn’t make any realistic sense in the universe of Thomas & Friends. If he is like a Disney Cars character, he can actually move on his own and stretch his axles, but he still has a driver in him. Why would he need a driver if he can move by himself like Lightning McQueen? It doesn’t make sense.
Wouldn't his headlights be his actual eyes? The only thing that bugs me about him.
1:58 it ends with a cliffhanger
Ok to be fair, Adventure Begins being the shortest is obviously cause it’s running very thin on a loose adaptation with added scenes that were originally adapted before in 4 minutes a pop. But yes this movie only drags cause of the runtime….
@Tsmu fan maybe You can review all 24 seasons of thomas and friends. But before you ask no Will Not be having all engines go because that show is garbage. I hope you like My Idea.

I Love Big Word Big Adventures
Oh boy.... What can I say about this film?
It's bad. Really bad.
This film really destroyed the character development Thomas had JBS.
Nia is rather annoying and the other new characters are easily forgettable (Expect Ace).
Not to mention that the fantasy sequences are really terrible.
However, despite how really bad the film is, it did have some good things.
Thomas' trick on Gordon was rather amusing.
Ace is a really cool race car and is, in my opinion, overhated.
The song Where in the World is Thomas was rather nice (The first half though)
Free and Easy is a great song to describe Ace.
We're Friends, despite it being forgettable, does give some vibes to The Lion King.
And Sometimes You Make a Friend is quite an emotional song, though I perfer the song I Want to Go Home from JBS.
So, overall, this film is just terrible.
I agree with The Unlucky Tug that the BWBA-Era is really bad (Plus I really like his ideas on how to fix it).

I agree with people that big world Big Adventures is absolutely garbage And I really hate your partner Specials Here is how I was fix big world Big Adventures in a much realistic way
And the animation is done by universals animation company illumination entertainment the same company that animated Despicable Me Except illumination knows what they're doing with Thomas There's no bounce unrealism in here
Here is the plot The movie opens the same way as in the original film where Gordon teases Thomas And Thomas tells Gordon that he's going to go around the world someday After that open we actually get an opening similar to King of the Railway Tale of the Brave Instead we see Thomas going around the world and after that we hear the narrator say the movies title (There are many ways to replace the narrator if you wanted to like you can Still keep Mark moraghan or maybe you could bring back Ringo Star for this movie Or you can narrator that is talented like Mark Hamill) After the titles end We see Thomas is going to vicarstown where he sees Gordon's brother the Flying Scotsman He tells him that he wants to be the first railway engine to go around the world The Flying Scotsman tells him that he was that engine Thomas was said about it until the Flying Scotsman tells him that he can be the second railway engine to go around the world this made Thomas happy and he told Sir Topham hatt about this idea and Sir Topham had thought that was a good idea So the next day at the docks Thomas is boarded on a ship with the Flying Scotsman And they go to their destination Africa Except the railway in Africa is based on the Railway in the real world And this is where Thomas meets Nia the same way of how he did in the original movie When they reach their final stop Thomas border on the ship with the Flying Scotsman again and nia Is boarded on the ship with them She also Told Thomas that she wants to be the next railway engine to go around the world Thomas didn't like the idea but the Flying Scotsman tells him that it's okay to be hey to share The idea As They reached their destination which is Brazil yet again like Africa it's based the railway in real life You also did the same way as what they did in the movie they deliver coffee from Brazil all the way to America As they were doing that they cross some Continent Thomas didn't recognize Like Australia Mexico Italy Germany Russia As they went through the rain it's just like what they did in the movie they meet Ace the racer Who came off the road while racing So they decide to put a flat head out of kindness As they arrived in America Thomas The Flying Scotsman and Ace went on the wrong line while nia went on the other line (I think that's kind of work would work a lot better instead of Thomas playing a trick on the nia just like in the original film) And sooner or later The Runaway and a much realistic Style Until they went to derailed held and Thomas was soon worried about Nia until they meet beau Who then returned for her with a breakdown Crane and just another is a breakdown Crane in America I thought they were back on the tracks and took Ace to Arctica Thomas told the Scotsman that he didn't want to go around the world anymore Because he has to find nia But the Flying Scotsman told Thomas that he is went around every continent around the world Thomas didn't notice that as he was focused on delivering the coffee to Brazil but he think the Scotsman after Huffing away When Thomas came to America he Meet Natalie the same way as he did in the movie but instead Natalie is an American design instead of being a recolor of Dart Thomas has Natalie about Nia the same way it has he did in the original movie and not told Natalie Thomas that Nia went off to China which is based on the railway in real life just like with the three other Railways I mentioned Thomas Arrives in China the same way as he did in the movie and he met yan bao who told Thomas that Nia is in the Rainbow Mountains Thomas goes to the Rainbow Mountains just like what he did in the movie To find Nia He found it near the same way as he did in the movie but then an avalanche came in Buried nia and did not derailed her Thomas knew that he couldn't get Nia out of the snow drift but then yombel came and helped him After that Thomas goes home to soda and takes Nia with him out of kindness when he got back to Sodor everyone cheer for him as he's the second railway engine to go around the world and he had been the Third At the end of the movie The Mia is now a new member of the Northwestern Railway And Thomas had finally revealed his dream of being the second railway engine to go around the world and then the movie ends
