The all inclusive Liberty Lykia hotel is based on the coast of the Aegean Sea in Turkey right up from Ölüdeniz and the beautiful Blue Lagoon. The main hotel has over 600 rooms and we'll show you a room tour of the deluxe double bedroom with sea view that we booked for an additional fee. For us the balcony and sea view was worth the upgrade cost, it was a stunning view and the sunsets are incredible.
There are several pools at the Liberty Lykia hotel, Ölüdeniz with the main pool being unheated, Tlos being heated, an adults only pool, baby pool, and a baby beach next to the main private beach and other pools dotted around. Even after being at this resort we were finding new places we'd not seen before, there was SO much to do.
The all inclusive food offering was amazing, with the main buffet at Myra restaurant always having something new and SO much choice. There are also a la carte restaurants, with Arnna being included in the cost, (definitely go here for the cocktail bar & sundowners!) and there are also bookable a la carte restaurants where you pay a service fee. These were really nice from what we sampled.
We've done a lot of traveling around the world, and have been to an IKOS resort and this hotel really ticked so many of the boxes, we were really impressed, especially for the cost. Our cost for 9 days all inclusive at the Liberty Lykia Ölüdeniz was £3,200 for 4 of us, which given that IKOS was coming in at £8k this year was an absolute bargain for the quality and service. We booked really last minute which might be why it's a low cost, but we'd love to go back and would highly recommend it to anyone wondering what it's like - I hope this holiday vlog was helpful if you're looking for a hotel in Turkey for your next holiday!

We have been here twice over the last 5 years and we think this is our fav holiday anywhere. It is just my wife an dI and we go to the adults only but everything about this place is top notch. They listen, they improve every year and we will be back for sure!

Loved this video, I’ve literally been going to this hotel on and off for the past 20 years probably, but it feels so nostalgic watching your video despite me being there a few months ago 😅 Fabay is a fantastic hotel if you get the chance to go, but I’d say Lykia is much better suited for the kids

I love oludeniz ❤. The beach clubs on the other side of the lagoon are nicer as they're not as busy and have sand instead of stones. I love watching the paragliders, which i would like to try one day.

Thanks a lot indeed!! Very useful, as I was looking up this hotel for our holiday later on in June. One question I had, is the beach only limited to the kids only area? I can see from the map there is a larger beach but wondering if that is for the "Lykia adults only"' guests?
You're so welcome :) There's a small beach with a little sectioned off bit from the sea so no current etc and then there's a large stretch of it in front of the family hotel which is also for kids, so there's loads of places to sit for kids! Any other Q's just let me know!

Thats such a Great video. Its really fun to watch you and youre Family having such a blast. But could i ask you some question? We will go in 4 Months there, and hope to have a great time too. But im always curios what you can get there for the All Inclusiv Plus. Does it include every Restaurant? And maybe some sweets in the shops, and drinks? They dont show it on the website, so im trying everywhere to find out. And do they have a Gym, and maybe a place to wash stuff? (we will be there for 12 Days, so maybe we need to get the stuff fresh :D). Would be really happy if you have the time in your busy day to help me out with those question.

Hi Lara - Many thanks for sharing your holiday video - I am in the process of tryin to arrange a family holiday for myself husband & 2 grandchildren (boys aged 10 & 12) In a moments madness I agreed that I would have the boys for half term thinking that maybe we could go to CenterParcs or book a log cabin etc - but the prices WOW!!!! I'm sure they double or triple the prices at school holidays I am really shocked - So long story short We have decided to take the boys abroad with guaranteed sunshire (well more than the UK) Your holiday would be perfect - I do not even have to research in full it has been done for me - Thank you once again Lara PS I am now going to view you Ikos video
Oh wow, lucky grandchildren, what lovely memories you’ll make with them! This has so much for children, as you can see, and so much more we didn’t even do. Would definitely recommend.
Yes, CP is so expensive, you could definitely do abroad for the same price.
We also love eurocamp, so that’s one to look at if you want to keep costs down. There’s a great one in Normandy, and also a good one near Paris, you could do a couple of days in Disney land, there’s loads of Marvel and star wars stuff there which they might enjoy xxx

Not always, sometimes we do though like this one where it was a couple of days before! But other trips which take more planning are more in advance x

We were happy with their attendance and so took them out for 2 days of school, we spoke to the school and they were absolutely fine with it given their attendance and it saved us £1,000 too to book the extra 2 days so we went with it! D

Not at all :) We booked everything through TUI - They included transfers to and from the hotel and the hotel and flights were a package xx

Lara what sports activities are included?
There seemed like there were loads you could do. Every day there was a gym class going on at breakfast, like Pilates or HIIT. Then there were pool classes, football, and lots more (I didn’t show as I didn’t do anything but we saw lots) x
Seen reviews saying its quiet noisy till the early hours of the morning due to music and clearing up, did you find it to be like that???
Not at all for us, we were facing the ocean and the beach bar was to the right underneath us and we didn't hear anything at all. I can't vouch for other areas though but I didn't hear any complaints x
How long was the transfer on the mini bus? It says 2 hours on Tui website 🙈
Yeah I was worried about that too! It was less than one hour. Just one stop before us and then us xx

Looks fantastic, but did you's not go outside the resort and explore
We did go out down to the local town and the Blue Lagoon, but on this occasion we wanted to just relax and stay in one place. Lots of the trips we do are road trips or multi centre trips and there's a lot of moving around and exploring, we were craving just a resort experience for this trip which we definitely got! x
