Finally I have my hands on a Wireless Carplay system that I can actually recommend to my community and offer you a discount voucher link if you feel like you'd like to buy one of these for your car.
Wireless Android Auto is not available on any of the China-made cars that I drove in the past couple of years and connecting my phone with a cable has always resulted in intermittent glitches and disconnects.
