Well, just look at the people you deal with in everyday life. I'd have to say that around 20-25% aren't smart enough to pour water out of a boot with directions printed on the heel. Then, there's that other small segment of people who flunked out of Ebonics 101. 🤣

Or there's no other place to park. We lived on campus, paid for parking, and somehow the apt place allowed more permits than spaces, and with 4 handicapped spots that took up 6 spaces... and no handicapped people in our building... and no one allowed to park there without a permit, those 6 available spots got used often. And of course they had student cars towed every 3 months or so. And the handicapped spots there weren't preferable at all, it was just the only realistic place to put those spots and have sidewalk, street, and lot access. Just a different perspective from a random persons experience 15 years ago. :-)
They do it because it’s not enforced. Were we are it’s just like any other spot. Walmart and Costco don’t care even after talking to them. We been told there is nothing they can do. Winco does some times.

There is a rental contract which will address what can be parked on the property & parking restrictions.. Most likely the contract does not allow unregistered or disabled vehicles to be stored. And yeah, just because you pay rent does not mean you can do whatever the hell you want.

You are a reliable positive driver. I unfortunately ran into a disrespectful jerk. He towed my vehicle with a valid handicap placard in it. When I called and complained I told him to return my car. He refused and told me to come pick it up. It was miles away. I had to call my son for a ride.

Been under the weather the past 3 days, YT suggested Johnny's channel here, so I've pretty much binged on it. A few episodes in and I was calling the Leasing Office where I live to make sure my car was ok in the parking garage because I was still waiting for my renewal sticker to be mailed to me from Dallas County that I renewed online on June 30. I was assured that all would be good, and they didn't tow for something like that. Better safe than sorry. Thanks, Johnny!

Well I have a BMW. Its a 2009 and beautiful. I am also disabled. At one point both hips broken / then replaced and broke back in two places. Even on my worst day I would never use a handicapped spot. If I drive at all. Usually have wife drop me close to door and I'll stand it sit there til she parks and comes to help me. But those spots are for people who NEED them. DMVs give tags out like they're candy at halloween and every trick or treater pretending to be disabled lines up for one. "Fat and lazy" isnt a disability! Park farther and maybe you'll recover. I've seen young men (wont say what color but theres a pattern where I live) nice cars boots and pants banging on the speakers that cost more than my car (if you dont know what boots n pants is just say it five times fast nonstop) park their shiny ghetto mobile in the H spot and have a physique most men wish they still had. Oh leave it running. Tag or not ...NOT EFFING HANDICAPPED. I USE A WALKER OR CANE AND THEY USE A H SPOT! TYPICAL. Rules only apply to some of us. PS I use blinkers too lol. My BMW has zero modifications. It's old and clean and simple and no I'm not old. 45. Lol

I admire you for your calmness and composure. The vast majority of owners of towed vehicles know that they will be towing for some kind of violation, but they agree to it voluntarily because maybe it will work and no one will notice it.
It's awesome Johnny that you get those handicap cheaters. It is sad that people take advantage like that. The motorcycle if there was a sticker or not. Just call or walk to the office keep the line of communication with the management you will not get towed.
Great job calming the situation down! Alot of people just don't realize the Apartment Complexes also have rules they have to abide by or face consequences. When a Tennant signs a new lease they should stress how important it is to keep their vehicle tags updated, tires inflated and so on.

Been under the weather the past 3 days, YT suggested Johnny's channel here, so I've pretty much binged on it. A few episodes in and I was calling the Leasing Office where I live to make sure my car was ok in the parking garage because I was still waiting for my renewal sticker to be mailed to me from Dallas County that I renewed online on June 30. I was assured that all would be good, and they didn't tow for something like that. Better safe than sorry. Thanks, Johnny!

Well I have a BMW. Its a 2009 and beautiful. I am also disabled. At one point both hips broken / then replaced and broke back in two places. Even on my worst day I would never use a handicapped spot. If I drive at all. Usually have wife drop me close to door and I'll stand it sit there til she parks and comes to help me. But those spots are for people who NEED them. DMVs give tags out like they're candy at halloween and every trick or treater pretending to be disabled lines up for one. "Fat and lazy" isnt a disability! Park farther and maybe you'll recover.
I've seen young men (wont say what color but theres a pattern where I live) nice cars boots and pants banging on the speakers that cost more than my car (if you dont know what boots n pants is just say it five times fast nonstop) park their shiny ghetto mobile in the H spot and have a physique most men wish they still had. Oh leave it running.
Tag or not ...NOT EFFING HANDICAPPED. I USE A WALKER OR CANE AND THEY USE A H SPOT! TYPICAL. Rules only apply to some of us.
PS I use blinkers too lol. My BMW has zero modifications. It's old and clean and simple and no I'm not old. 45. Lol

I'm very impressed for the respect you give for people cars who most people work hard to get. I am a car nut X tow truck driver and reassure in this profession that there are still tow driver who cares and take there profession with pride & skills
I just find it super wild a tow truck driver has to go in with a vest incase of the unfortunate event someone's packing some heat.

I admire you for your calmness and composure. The vast majority of owners of towed vehicles know that they will be towing for some kind of violation, but they agree to it voluntarily because maybe it will work and no one will notice it.
It's awesome Johnny that you get those handicap cheaters. It is sad that people take advantage like that. The motorcycle if there was a sticker or not. Just call or walk to the office keep the line of communication with the management you will not get towed.
Great job calming the situation down! Alot of people just don't realize the Apartment Complexes also have rules they have to abide by or face consequences. When a Tennant signs a new lease they should stress how important it is to keep their vehicle tags updated, tires inflated and so on.
I love it when justice is served to those who feel entitled to park wherever they want to! Yes, it is private property owned by the property owner and not the renter!

I like how careful you are as if they are your own cars. I have had to have a few cars/trucks towed for various reasons and ive been lucky to have guys that have treated mine as i have seen you do in your videos. It means a lot to not have to deal with any extra damage caused by careless tow people. You make the business look good. Keep up the good work man.
so not strapping the cars down after its on the trailer is safe an letting them bounce an possible fall off is careful....I call it half azzing your job...
