Fuki acquired an enka-like singing style. She just doesn't know how to stop getting better and better.
'The Genpei War (1180-1185) was a national civil war between the Taira and Minamoto clans during the late-Heian period of Japan. It resulted in the downfall of the Taira and the establishment of the Kamakura shogunate under Minamoto no Yoritomo in 1192. The end of the Genpei War and beginning of the Kamakura shogunate marked the rise to power of the warrior class (samurai) and the gradual suppression of the power of the emperor, who was compelled to govern without effective political or military power, being effectively reduced to a purely symbolical and ceremonial head of state, until the Meiji Restoration over 650 years later.'
I always love hearing Fuki's singing but I've gotta say incorporating Shiren's vocals more and more is such an amazing evolution in their sound.
I liked them before but his vocals give them that extra edge so now i *really* like them. Unfinished is such an awesomely aggressive album.

I could never get tired of hearing Fuki's heavenly voice and incredible vibrato control even if I tried. She's simply just one of the best vocalists ever.

Seriously, I never get tired of Fuki's enka style singing voice in this video. Her voice really addictive. The music really stunning with unique notes (I don't know how to explain, but everything is amazing)
I swear, I LOVE when a band is like this. Constantly refining, and evolving their sound, to the point you don't even know what to expect when a new album drops. My favorite band, Dir en Grey has been the same way. When I get into an artist/band, I want it to be more than just a listening experience. I want it to be a journey. And that's what it's been with Unlucky Morpheus. Keep it up!

Lyrics are written in old-middle Japanese.It tells about Taira no Masakado, historical person, 903-940.A.D.
Masakado declared that he was New Emperor, and tried to make his dynasty . He had been only Japanese who rebels against Emperor himself.One of the arch villain in Japanese history.(sorry for my poor English)

You know, this is the most consistent band I've ever seen. I've loved every song off of their Change of Generation album, and their new songs all the same (CADAVER/REVADAC is still my favorites). I think implementing/experimenting with a new style is amazing for a talented group like this. If they can pull off good song composition in a manner that hooks the listener in, I'm all for it. Then again, I always go in with little to no expectations, which isn't always a good thing. '^^
No hate, by the way. I just think experimentation is an important key element to a groups' musicianship.
