- All aboard for this year's Christmas review! And just when you thought it couldn't get any creepier than last year's visit to Whoville, this game looks set to frighten the life out of any child bored enough to play it. But is this game a complete train wreck?
Indeed, in the words of a certain creepy conductor, "THIS IS THE POLAR EXPRESS!" And sadly, it's likely not as dreamlike and whimsical as you'd expect it to be. But if evil puppets and slave labour are your idea of fun, you're definitely on the right track!

(P.P.S.: At 18:39, when I say 'some' of these games are fairly entertaining, I can only actually remember the skiing one being entertaining - and 'entertaining' is a generous term; I really should have said 'bearable')

So some of you may be surprised that I actually had *some* good things to say about this game. Was it good overall? Well, no. But did it control poorly? Not especially. At the risk of losing credibility, I would actually contest that this game is unfairly maligned - at least to the extent that it is. No, I wouldn't play it again, but it has some redeeming aspects, although I was probably a little generous with my rating at the end. I was obviously high on Christmas spirit. Or something.
Anyway, either way, hope you enjoyed the video. It's been a great year for the channel and I have all of you to thank for the views and likes and comments and whatnot. And thanks so much for a tonne of requests! I wasn't expecting so many! I'll be back in the New Year. Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays, and all that jazz. See you soon!

I've never seen _Polar Express_ the movie or the game and to be honest this review has convinced to continue doing so. XD Especially because of Mandark Jr. there. XD

I remember how a lot of people said I looked like the main kid from the polar express when I was young, though obviously I don't anymore, unless that kid also grew up to look like a younger Dara O'Brien
There are worse things to be compared to from this movie - I'd have taken that as a compliment. 😂 The elves look terrifying.

I do have a request for what you can review next year maybe you could do the PS2 video game of barnyard based on the movie released by Nickelodeon I feel like the game needs more coverage along with the movie while I haven’t played the game it looks pretty fun and so was the movie I’d highly recommend checking it out

I've never watched this movie but animation looks very similar to Mars needs moms but not sure if that's accurate, the ski part in the game looks ok, reminds me of sonic adventure

This game doesn't even have Glacier Gulch and the frozen lake from the film... that's the only bad thing about this game
Yeah I loved this game when I was little (i preferred this over the actual movie in fact) but looking at it now, god damn was this clunky and cringey. Oh well, I still have fond memories of playing this with my mum, and slightly less pleasant memories of struggling with that running-on-top-of-the-train level.
