I'm also 2nd generation of kpop, although I heard JRock and Jpop first, so I know both sides quite a lot, I miss the 2nd gene of kpop, eventually I tuned out in the 3rd, and I think I stuck in 2009-2014 because I can't connect with the current groups.
I am currently a fan of EXILE TRIBE, there are many groups and the concerts are incredible, they helped me a lot to get out of my almost depressive state with their music full of energy and joy, and although I knew EXILE in 2011, I did not give them the opportunity, no I know, I guess I was busy with the cute idols haha and well, now I regret it (also because it was hard to be a fan), I'm in love with all the Exile Tribe groups haha
I also love BE:FIRST and some of Johnnys.

I actually started with jpop and jrock, too. Utada and Gackt were my entry when I was a kid.
I'm glad you found something to connect to. I found out about EXILE TRIBE maybe a few years after you. Still haven't fully gotten into any of their groups, but I really enjoyed E-girls when they were a thing (they count, right?) I still follow some of the girls' activity's.
I'll be sure to do more reactions from the TRIBE.

Oooh, okay. They did seem somewhat familiar. They keep popping up on my recommended. I remember that green hair now from the thumbnail.

@@Lehxra There is also a BALLISTIK BOYZ collaboration with the T-POP group TRINITY. Both of the newest EXILE TRIBE groups came to promote and train in Thailand and part of that was to have their first international single and MV (So they had Thai producers and production staff for the songs and that's why they sang in English). Pretty cool to see and I hope to see more crossovers between T-POP and J-POP groups especially but also music scenes in general.
TRINITY is actually doing a mini asia tour spmetime this year and Japan is on their list, so I hope to see the EXILE TRIBE boys make a special appearance in Japan so T-POP groups can get a bigger Japanese fanbase and vice versa.
P.S. The green haired guy is TANG from DVI.
PSYCHIC FEVER is the first group, DVI is the group by the car. DVI is a Thai group, they did a collaboration together. Same as PSYCHIC FEVERS brother group BALLISTIK: BOYZ from EXILE TRIBE with TRINITY another Thai group (DROP DEAD)
