There's a thing in the settings that has an option to auto replant trees
no theres isnt, its auto refarms every tree now even with the wooden axe

Yes it does, the settings option is on the left of your screen (Gear icon), I'm on pc so it might be different on mobile.
Every Axe does that '-' Its a new update and can be turned off in the settings
Edit: Diamond tools are just better, no special abilities

Auto replants works with any axe it's not mandatory to use diamond axe only u can use wooden axe,stone axe,iron axe,gilded axe and finally diamond axe

Fun fact:you can just build a luber machine and it auto breaks a tree and it because of the update when you break a tree it will replant but jesse you don't need a diamond axe for it btw :^
bro you should use totem upgrades to speed ur breaking the more the upgrade the more the speed ;) (just wanna let you know) also you can use auto tree planting in setting
A Jesse in the next update they should add upgraded converyers and oil to power that cool:)

the trees need to be 7 blocks apart.that means u need to build 9 block and put the tree on each side
