Sunday for us starts with church. We try to keep the afternoon quiet and at home. It's our only day off together. Tonight we are having pizza delivered and going to watch a movie. I did start our Christmas cards. I am trying to make this season less stressful this year. Loved seeing the zoomies! Have a wonderful week.

Always such a nice way to unwind and re-center yourself watching your videos. You're absolutely right on the, "having two cats" being alot of work and energy! I have two, a ragdoll and a tabby mix. Always a pleasurable way to start my day and put me in a positive mindset, is with a Kay video 🤗🙏🏽. Aweee the cuddles and brushing of Echo at the end gave me flashbacks to his kitten videos 🥺🥰🤗🙏🏽. Ohh the glimpse at the wedding planning and here you talk about sharing this with your children one day 🥺🥰🤗🙏🏽 all the feels, this entire video was just all the feels. I do have to say, I completely relate to individuals giving well meaning comments when you are on a personal journey that deals with physical appearance. You sad it perfect. It’s about knowing yourself and feeling comfortable in your own skin. I am on a journey myself of both weight loss for health reasons and body dysmorphia learning to be comfortable with not just my body but face. My friends mean well when they get upset with me about how I view myself, but it’s a psychological/emotional journey not just a physical one and the process needs to be honoured. I encourage your choices and Journey and am here to support every step of the way 🙏🏽🤗🥰😃🎉👍🏽

Here's a tip: when apples are starting to go bad you can cut them up with some vanilla and cinnamon and simmer them on the stove for a natural stovetop potpourri!

I know what you mean about card clutter, I don’t put Christmas ones up and can’t wait to take down birthday ones! Last year went very minimal with Christmas decs, just a few scandi looking ones and it was so much clearer looking

I've gained so much weight and it's so hard to lose . We have a Italian restaurant and that homemade bread and all the things is hard to quit . Plus just working around the smells of all the goodies haha . We have 3 cats and a stray cat and her kittens have shown up at the restaurant but there wild . The MoMA car is letting me pet her now 😊

Lovely vlog, for periods I find the third day to be the most uncomfortable for me or pre-period, it depends if my body likes to listen or not lol. At the moment I'm out of sync, so its period tracking time. Animal cuddles are the best :) :) For my christmas movies I start with a Little Women version and end on my favourite version which is Little Women 1994 :) :)
I think it might be the same for me, I usually get more cramping on day 2-3. Oooh I will have to give that a watch ❤️

Always love your videos. I just wanted to ask if there is any way of putting a wee trigger warning in captions or comments for videos where you talk about losing weight and showing things like "skinny sauce"? I fully respect sharing these things, but as someone who suffered an eating disorder these types of things can be quite triggering and if I'm not in the right mindset I can leave these videos early feeling a bit upset and having to calm my mind and anxiety back down. This isn't a critique or angry complaint, just something that I think could be beneficial for some people. Xx

I just wanted to say that I know recovery is difficult - one of the hardest things you will ever do in your life, but it is so worth it. Keep fighting and take it one step at a time. I was always underweight except for a few years when I was in my early 30’s. Had my thyroid checked and yes it was that. Maybe you could check that. Do you recommend that lint roller for dog hair? I appreciate that this takes my mind of problems.
