Rowdy must be thinking “ I need to plan for a baby too”. Why people don’t buy pets as couples. Obviously it’s too difficult to manage 2 puppies at a same time but just thinking it's good to have their own family.🤔

I too had a similar story as yours. Planned baby after 4 years of marriage. I started taking prenatal but also had irregular periods due to pcos. I did birth control pills to regulate and also took “Kalarchikai” powder. This helped me a lot. Also healthy diet and exercise. One more thing I want to mention which helped me is Ovulation strips kit, women who have pcos don’t ovulate on 14th, 15th day. For me this was around 17th or 18th day after cycle day 1. So testing for positive ovulation increases success rate. Hope this helps 😊

I have PCOS, trying to get pregnant for 3yrs, tried IUI once in Richmond hill, getting my periods in 35days, my weight is 57kg, height is 5.5". Still am not able to get pregnant. Please suggest best family doctor and gynecologist in and around North York.
Hi Nivetha. I don't know any doctors around NY. You can contact Orton Park Medical centre in Scarborough to see if Dr Senthill Mohan accepts new patients. She is a Family physician and would be able to help with referrals. Do try using ovulation kits to find the exact ovulation days if you are not using yet and try to maintain your BMI within normal range. My best wishes
