Have you done accessibility testing to ensure that Content Snare works with Adaptive Technology such as Screen readers?

Great video with good advice/tips. I use Google forms to gather info from clients and it also allows me to upload files and images to my google drive folder that I specify. It also allows those completing the form to come back and edit their responses if you want them to have that ability. Besides having those similar features I do like the way contact snare has follow up emails to remind contacts to complete or redo a task which I not 100% sure that there is a similar work around with Google forms so please let me know if there is. I also have a Dropbox account and Google Drive as well but not sure which one is really better for storage and customer folders. I am also using Google Keep for notes too and probably need to find a good CRM solution so I can do everything on one platform instead of 3 or 4 separate tools or apps. Is your Contact Snare also works as a CRM as well?

The main issue with that is people need a Google account, which many clients don't have.
You could probably do reminders using a marketing automation platform.
No I wouldn't use Content Snare as a CRM. I'd look for something that can do marketing automation and a CRM together like Active Campaign

@@robertj.b2494 sounds good. Quite a few bookkeepers are using it for those processes so you'll be in good company. Drop a message to support@contentsnare.com if you need any help or have any questions

Some of the people that I worked with were very lazy and would tell me that they shared the item when they never did.
