- Re-uploaded without the glitch and with missing footage. Sorry for those that commented. It took me most of the night to fix the problem. I'm tired y'all...
I know it's late going up, but I hope y'all enjoy watching it. We had a nice Thanksgiving dinner. I made the sausage and cornbread stuffing, creamed Yukon gold potatoes, and turkey gravy, Susan made the green bean and bacon casserole, and the turkey roast. We also had some whole cranberry sauce and Hawaiian rolls with butter. Susan also made the dessert, a pumpkin surprise dump cake. It was interesting, thick, and tasty.
Most dishes were eyeballed, no real recipe... 3 boxes of cornbread.
Lots of butter, Chicken Broth, Onion, and Garlic Powder, Salt and Pepper.. that sort of thing went into the stuffing and I used Cream Cheese, Butter, Heavy Cream and Whole Milk in the taters. Of course, there was Chicken Broth in the gravy.

Sounds like you had a pretty cozy childhood there with your grandparents. I wasn't raised by my grandparents but my grandpa always had a garden and I have so many good family holiday meal memories there among others. By the way I'm totally making that pumpkin dump cake thing next Thanksgiving! I looked up the recipe. Sounds really yummy and easy.❤

My house is chaos, noise, music, kids having fun, adults talking, everyone just hugging each other as more family turns up. The kitchen is hot and noisy with everything cooking, fridges opening, shutting, noise noise noise lol.

yukon gold is a wax potato and is great for potato salad because they hold their shape, russett potato is a starchy potato and mashes perfectly

I'm sorry sugar. I was very lucky. My grandparents tried very hard to make life normal for me most of the time. We thankfully had lots of good sprinkled in with the bad. Trauma is so very difficult to overcome. Hugs. 🤗

she aleady said she has lung issues and has previously been in therapy and medicated for mental illness...but she also said she is winging it now without psychiatric treatment. She is aware of her health and mental conditions
I wouldn't even want to fall asleep at night not knowing if my heart and lungs were gonna carry me through the night.. So sad and it has to be so scary unless she's just able to push all the thoughts down and drown them with more crap that she puts into her body.
For god sake its obesity if she loses weight her breathing will be better

Yes. She also has a VERY obvious, "grunt". She does it every so often...but it's very typical with severe respiratory issues. The body is attempting to force air down into the lungs to expand them and make it easier to breath. It's a pretty obvious warning sign for her.
