I'm going Thursday and Friday! I lost my 2 best friends (Glitter and Zorro my kitties) this year to 2 different awful diseases. Glitter died of Cancer in January and Zorro died of Chronic Kidney Disease in June.
Looking forward to this movie has been the only thing keeping me going at times, so I'm going twice.

A lot of movies have good trailers, then fail to deliver the rest of the movie. Not saying this will happen here, but I don't get my expectations up for Marvel movies anymore.
Kevin Smith wrote the Toad line. He mentions it in one of his DVD releases. Specifically that he didn’t know the line would be read so flat & seriously
Also, there was a scene/part of a scene that was cut that would have set up that line to land better than it did. I think Halle talked about it within the past few years.
That they are setting up an epic "Deadpools Assemble" meta Endgame moment is so perfect.

Guys you are GREAT but wrong about the bridge. The Golden Gate does not have the double arch you see on that Bridge; what you see with the double arch is the Brooklyn Bridge. Perhaps another hint to Peter Parker?

He mentions that Scott always tried to get him to wear the yellow suit, so that means he was with the Xmen at some stage!
It could be one of those things that's common among most variants.
This trailer straight up made me cry
Cassandra Nova is controlling Ailoth and has figured out how to destroy timelines and the TVA can't get close to they hire deadpool to get her with wolverine, they win but the TVA betray them and they have to gather a team to fight to the heart of the TVA but they will be too late and their universe dies. Then someone brings them into the MCU (loki would be fucking cool)
that scene with cassandra nova and the timelines might gave too much info on the storyline

Deadpool's mimicking of Spiderman at the end makes me think we're definitely getting a Spiderman variant/cameo in this movie.

Or the next movie, the spiderman teamups where Deadpool found himself unable to curse we're awesome, and if they're going to bring him onto the main MCU they have to have a way to tone it down to pg13 while still making it essential deadpool which those comics do well.

X1 was actually shot in Toronto.
X2 and X3 were in Vancouver, along with DP1 and DP2. Reynolds is local boy (he's from a suburb called Burnaby). The mansion scenes were shot in Victoria, BC (same province as Vancouver). It's the same mansion they used for Smallville (and Arrow).
Days of Future Past was in Montreal, along with Apocalypse and Dark Phoenix.
The franchise is a Canadian production through and through so I'm glad our country is acknowledged in this film.
First Class was shot in the UK, I think. The Wolverine movies were filmed in Australia (I think).
This is why I wanted Jared Keeso to be a variant.

What I think is so fun about the discourse between Deadpool and Wolverine talking about what Wolverine resembles, feels like a heartfelt but fun argument of what Wolverine should be in the roster of the X-Men.
In the Fox movies, Wolverine was THE X-Man. Scott was dissed and Wolverine was the one who found his place and took a leadership role on the roster. But in the comics and tv shows, Wolverine was kind of a background character while Scott was the main leader he should be. But this conversation feels like a meta way of them comparing those two perspectives. I dig!
Add to it that even in those comics, no one read them for scott summers, I mean I liked psyclopes but I read Xmen for wolverine....Making the conversation even more meta lol

The first two Deadpool movies start out with the 20th century Fox opening. What if when the movie starts the 20th century Fox logo starts pruning away like someone pruned it…Then later in the movie, you actually see it in the void. And when it gets pruned, it turns into the Marvel cinematic universe opening instead
All I fucking want is a Loki post credit scene in this movie, where he realize the threat to mulitverse and movie connects to secret wars.
The appearance of Dafne Keen in this trailer, along with the appearance of Vinnie Jones in a previous trailer confirms: the entire cast has been told to lie about being in the movie. That means EVERYTHING is on the table. Dazzler, The FF, Affleck Daredevil...
The one cameo I think has already been in the trailers that no one has caught. The shot of Deadpool and Wolverine getting blasted through the window has been attributed to a telekinetic blast from Cassandra. I don't think that's it. I think it's a concussive blast from someone else. Havok. Lucas Till has been off the radar for a minute, but he said he'd love to come back if Havok weren't dead.

X-Men was not filmed in Vancouver Deadpool was. X-Men was actually filmed in Hamilton Ontario. Canada and even a deleted scene was filmed in Sudbury, Ontario in the science North cavern because it resembled the danger room. And some scenes of X-Men where filmed in Toronto, this may be why we see the top of the cn-tower in the trailer

So excited about this movie, and when we got the Dafne Keen scene I cheered. They teased it, and she said she couldn't make it, but I'm so glad that X-23 will be in the movie. I also hope we get to see her in costume fight along side Logan and Deadpool.

There are so many continuity errors in the fox xmen movies that you could literally say they were literally 7 different timelines going on
Stryker didnt get hold of Wolverine in Days of Future Past - It was Mystique.
Why? No idea they wrote that in, but it wasnt Stryker who got Wolfie's body.

Given the context of the whole world collectively rejecting Hugh Jackman as Wolverine when he was first cast in the first X-Men movie, having Dafne Keen, the last iconic person who was in Hugh's last Wolverine movie, being the one telling him "you always were the wrong guy... until you weren't"... is so damn beautiful !

I think the older Halle Berry Storm variant will actually pop up towards the end, soaring in from above to suddenly strike Toad down with her lightning again- before saying something equally ridiculous 'cause she can't help herself lol. She'd end up helping Logan & Wade in the final battle in my theory, being part of the reason Wolverine decides to be a hero again.
The Storm variant may recognize this particular Hugh Jackman variant of Logan with his mask off, even from a fair distance away as she first observes them from up above, thinking he's gotta be at least somewhat close to the version of Logan she personally remembers from her original timeline. "Her Logan" would have been more of a hero in her timeline, but hers was one of the Hugh Jackman ones who looks identical to this one... This Wolverine basically still has a chance to do the right thing because he's not very different from other versions of himself in Storm's opinion. The Halle Berry Storm variant was sort of "someone" important he knew in his world, like Cyclops and Jean and the others, so the Storm variant suddenly showing up may help drive things home for Logan along with X-23, telling Logan in her own way that they need him to be a hero.
It isn't Cyclops telling him to do something this time, it's Storm asking him to do something she believes is the right call in the absence of the Professor, Cyclops, Jean, and Beast, because Storm has her own leadership qualities. She steps up to lead and teach the younger mutants whenever others aren't around to make the calls, sort of like in Last Stand, and Storm has actually been the co-captain of The X-Force team in the comics before.. The New Shatterstar variant tells Deadpool that Wade's gotta be a hero again too, helping Wade commit to his decision to continue being Deadpool by re-affirming Wade's choice, when "New Shatterstar" appears alongside Storm. The new Shatterstar variant convinces Wade to put his Deadpool mask back on at a certain point, 'cause New Shatterstar kinda still wants to do the X-Force thing and X-Force needs a Deadpool. Also, New Shatterstar agrees with Logan it's just kinda unsettling looking at Wade's face when his mask is off. But if Wade's gonna put his mask back on, then Wolverine needs to agree to wear his comic accurate Wolverine mask for the final battle lol. They have a Storm now, while Cable and Domino are still "around" 'cause one of the individuals at the Time Variance Authority is secretly helping assemble the Multiverse's new official X-Force team; soon they'll have the Wolverine variant and Deadpool himself on board with their new X-Force line-up. So Storm would actually play a somewhat bigger role in things in the end, as well as moving forwards. More so than Elektra does with her ninja skills helping in the battle alongside those fighting Cassandra's team on the ground. Halle Berry Storm variant will also return in Secret Wars.
The helicarrier from Deadpool 1 was the one from the David Hasselhoff Nick Fury TV movie.

1:42 The timeline of the scenes is honestly really hard to place tbh. I think that woods fight with the TVA could be after Wade and Logan have their first encounter with Casandra and the void. Like after they jump from Ant-Man's eye, into the portal.
But it could just as well take place before all that. Like the TVA captures Wade at first but then he steals a temp pad and escapes to the Logan woods. Only to eventually agree to work with the TVA

The first X-Men movie was filmed in and around Toronto, Ontario, not Vancouver. Also, I'm sad that no one has ever mentioned that Toronto's CN Tower is seen in the wrecked Earth of the very first trailer that was released.

The filming of interiors and some exteriors of Xavier's School were filmed in Toronto at Casa Loma. I used to work in security there in college back in the late 80s.
Logan can't take place after the happy Days of Future Past timeline because they state no new mutants had been born in over 20 years. That doesn't work with all those kids in the school in that ending.
X1-3, Wolverine 1 & 2 are the original timeline, then Days erases all of that with the revised timeline which includes First Class, Days, Apocalypse, Dark Phoenix and the Deadpool movies. Logan is its own universe.

Ryan's theory of the stand alone movies being a different universe makes a lot of sense. And the reboot movies being part of that universe takes care of a lot of inconsistencies
