I wanted to counter the OPs statement, and say that people who are rarely sober can have a decent memory of situations. Amber's sister seems pretty normal, I think she just got caught up in the scene of excess drugs/alcohol.

I'm editing. After watching testimony of one security ward, it seems she was a heavy drinker too. But watching more in cross examination, the ward didn't provide all the photos he took, for me, he lost credibility, seems like he chose the more convenient for him. Besides he didn't talked about the visitors that AH had on those days that she could have been sharing the wine with.
Has Whitney been accused if being abusive while high or drunk? Being drunk isn't the problem, it's what they did at the time.

Evidence also shown that his career was affected by the adictions, no by the article he suit her about. He was mixing different types of drugs, what kind of moods you think he gets into?, where is his real self?, he was tired of having his Dr. and the nurse he hire trying to make him stop drug use. He even admitted that a monster is there when he's under the influence which is most of the time, and the fights are also about it. She is a co-dependent person, she didn't leave on time, she got attached and negatively used to conflict and drama, she is overly dramatic, has panic of abandonment, probably borderline, however in this case, that doesn't mean that what she wrote is the cause of the decline of his career which is why she's been suit about in this case. The couple and the people around are trouble ones, an adict and co-dependent system.

At the beginning of her testimony, Johnny is looking right at her. When she started the lies, he started writing/drawing. This had to be so painful for him to sit through. He gave these losers SO much to only be stabbed in the back. Just awful.

It seems like this testimony was especially hurtful to Johnny. He stared at her in disbelief as she was saying things. I didn’t see him react this way to anyone else. He was in shock that she was saying all these things. I think he felt betrayed by it.

Amber and Whitney were the only witnesses to speak in the present tense about Johnny's alleged violence. When they were describing apparent attacks they would speak about him as though it was currently happening such as, "He comes running up the stairs and punches me in the face." I've heard that this is a huge indicator of someone lying as they're unconciously trying to distance themselves from the lie. They know it didn't happen so find it difficult to describe it in the past tense, instead they give detail as though it's happening to them right now

But, Amber's testimony seemed fake to me, and there were several moments when she showed signs that she is manipulating like the time she posed for a pic when she was on the stand, with a tissue to her nose. In her original deposition, Amber claimed that Johnny was hitting her when Whitney came to break up the fight. She also stated that Johnny was in a position to push Whitney down the stairs. Whitney testified that Johnny was still downstairs when she went up the stairs to calm Amber down. She then said that Johnny ran up the stairs while she had her back to him and the stairs. So, clearly not in a position to be pushed down the stairs. Perhaps pulled down the stairs but not pushed. Their stories are definitely not the same.

I was in an abusive relationship as I was kicking my habit and they wouldn't even not smoke weed around me and made it somehow my problem as well. I wish I could say that things ended quickly after that but they dragged on for a couple more years, I obviously fell back into old habits and it took pretty drastic events for me to eventually get free and keep sober.

Two COMPLETELY DIFFERENT stories from participants of the same event.....

I find it 100% unbelievable that someone would have trouble remembering the date they started living in the penthouse of an extremely famous person, yet remember the precise details of events that occurred when they were under the influence of drugs and alcohol. They may not remember an exact day, but within a month and year most people would remember. Many things like that they could figure out if they wanted to but in a court case it is advantageous not to remember things that don’t help your argument and so if they can’t be specific, it’s not lying to say they don’t remember unless specifically asked if they can recall at least a month or year for example as opposed to the exact date.
