Oh boy, don’t underestimate the recovery time for broken ribs! Did something similar myself almost a year ago (turned side by side buggy over), although generally ok still hurts when I sneeze.

@@nowhereboundtouring I've recently taken on cycling (I use to cycle a lot as a kid) and as careful as I am, occasionally a split second decision made by the 20 year old version of me, will have me in a world of pain for weeks.

It was bad for a few days, and now much better…. Except when I sneeze, that’s no fun.
Will all be good as new in a month or so 👍
