This is actually a great and affordable alternative to similarly priced builders such as Lennar and DR Horton. What are the HOA fees at Esplanade? I am still more interested in Kolter but think this could be a more affordable option.

Great video Raphael. I really liked the layout, kitchen, living room, lanai and pool look amazing. Bedrooms and showers look cramped a bit, but all good. I think this is 55+ community, do you have same/similar houses(with pool) but not 55+ and low HOA? Thank you.

Thanks for watching. To get something similar with a low or no HOA you’d need to consider a true custom builder. It would be on a scattered lot but that way you can enhance the bedrooms/bathrooms and have the pool done alongside construction. Otherwise there isn’t another big name builder with a similar layout to this unfortunately
