- This one took me all week to make! I hope you all enjoy and find this theory entertaining - I think it’s a pretty neat way of thinking about the Wublins biologically. Now we shall wait and see until a Factoid Friday uncovers the truth about the Wublins!

I realize many are concerned for Wiblix’s safety in the shower 👀. Luckily, a Wubbox’s feet are lined with an insulating rubber, as well as the floor of Wiblix’s shower. That way water can clean the chassis, but there’s no grounding point for the electricity to deliver a shock!

I have always thought that the wublins needed the eggs to help them copy the material from that monster, for example, that kazoo sounding wublin (I forgot its name) needs oaktopus eggs because the top of its head is made of wood. Another thing is that they are made from bubblerite, so maybe that is some kind of microorganism colony that when dried becomes a stone like material, it also might copy things from their environment to blend in. They could be important to the food chain.

Actually, Brump's bio confirms some Wublins CAN eat, but they probably just do it for fun.

I've always imagined wublins as chimeras of the other monsters. How Brump is a mix of fwog and Furcorn parts and how Screemu is a yawstritch with some cloth and stuff put on it. This is just what I have thought, the eggs correlate to the wublins features as well. Some are a bit of a stretch though.

I love the minor detail of how the dialing sound was in tune with Poewk's melody.
I made an alternate theory years ago but a very little bit similar.
the wublins are an ancient species created by the wubbox thousands of years ago. they eventually went extinct. the statues are fossils of the wublins and using more modern technology/monster DNA , the wubbox brought them back with a new look

That theory fits the Celestials more than it fits the Wublins. The Celestials were an ancient species that eventually sieced to exist in their natural animated states until crashing on to an island close enough to us to revive.

I found this out not a while ago about the celestials:
In dawn of fire, they are elderly but in msm they are elderly as statues (aka, they died) and then we sacrifice things to them to rebirth them like the pheonix from Harry Potter (they didn’t sacrifice things to the pheonix btw)

Here’s something to add to your part at 7:06…As it turns out, that material is actually supposedly bubblerite(yes, the same as the paths)!!!
Perhaps bubblerite is some kind of living organism that when dried becomes like stone, at some point in time large amounts of them were left out to dry and now they can be mined.

What makes the Wublins even more amazing to me through this theory, and not at all gross or shocking, is that they are slime molds(which are not at all like the toxic house molds we think of) that can perfectly understand and appreciate the music they are making. This fills my whacky xenobiology heart

I always thought they were some sort of Frankenstein experiment, being built of old extinct monster species fossils, and that the wubbox was a tool used to bring them back using the conversion of eggs into electrical energy.
That was a pretty cool theory and sounded interesting as well

Hey Creeptanium! I have theory about the Wublins! I believe Wubbox is trying to recreate the Celestials!
A good example of this is Zuuker having a lot of core elements with Blasoom:
• They have a plant element motif in their designs.
• Both use wind instruments.
• Both seem to play their music through their heads.
While they look far, far different from each other, I think this is similar to depictions of angels. Angels are incredibly incomprehensible, but we do know they look similar to humans and have wings. That where the common design for angels came from.
Now look at Blasoom, it is a Celestial that represents the plant element, plays a wind instrument of some kind, and plays their music through their head. Of course it would be impossible for Wubbox to create an exact match! These are deities, and Wubbox doesn’t know what their deities look like.
Good secret at 6:06! If you listen closely to the dialing sound, it makes a bit of the peak sound!

I guess that the Wubbox got his hands on both inter-dimensional travel and genetic manipulation technology to create the living clay.
(The inter-Dimensional travel to get the DNA, and the Genetic manipulation technology to make the living clay!)
Fun fact: there used to be an option to feed Wublins, which basically did nothing, it was removed because it was actually a bug.
I always seen the Wublins as statues that were made from stone and then some magical source then zapped a soul into them and made them lifelike. But this theory makes a ton more sense, I feel like I just got done getting taught in science class.

What I think is that wublins might be made half artificially, and half from real monster parts.
There are many instances where you can see wublins showing bones through their skin, like gheegurr's ribs and Zynth's feet. these could be modeling choices by the wubbox, but the fact they're so precisely designed to be the same make me think that it wasn't just a design choice.
There are many different features on each monster that would be hard to make using the same substance again and again. It would make more sense that the Wubbox used different things to make these parts and the main outer layer was mostly bubblerite.
Many wublins seem to have joints. In fact, they all do. With a wire-frame, wublin limbs could sometimes bend in non-jointed places, because wire frames are supposed to bend. If they move around, that could cause the wires to bend.

My theory is the wublin is made by galvana
Like wubbox was made by Galvana theory, so this is what i was thingking
Galvana is the youngest celestial and i think she was the smartest, she was thinking about how the celestial can be revived using egg energy, so she started to experimenting and ended up mading the wublins but the experiment was fail and wublins ended up looking like what we know today, and so she still not give up and trying again but this time using full mechanical part and ended up making wobbux and with some monster energy player give to wobbux the wobbux is activated, then she stored the wubblins in the island around the starhenge but then when the starhenge fall the wublin island also following it and ended up in the main monster dimension, the wubboxes is also floating around in the sky when that happend but they landed up in the island we know today like plant, cold, air, water and earth island, the player then found out about wobbuxes and wublins then starting up to powering and waking up them using the monster energy

10:31 I guess there is also a sub-theory here, the first 3 wublins that a free player would usually get are brump, zynth and poek. they could represent the primary colours, because they are green, (mostly) yellow and blue, and if all wublins are technically related then this could make sense. the 4th wublin someone usually gets is thowk, which is a very dark gray or black-ish in color which is the absence of color and the final wublin someone usually gets is dwumrohl, being a mix of blue, purple and white, white being the presence of all color. This maybe explains the mish-mash of colors and shapes in this island and even in the song

I think the Brump mystery might be even deeper...
If you look closely at the back of Brump, there are 7 eggs. 7. What? And if the eggs are just empty shells, how do they jiggle like that? There's something else going on here.
Also, none of the other Wublins have any sort of visual representation of their eggs. Only Brump. And even for Brump it's just the Furcorn eggs, not the Fwog eggs.
So what are those? Are they really Furcorn eggs? Or something more sinister...
