    Having a gut makes forward fold really tricky. Wide leg is easy, but the closer the legs get, the more gut hits the thigh. Of course, the obvious solution is to get rid of the gut, but... 😉 Keeping the back straight allows me to get much further before the gut becomes a problem. It's not all bad. My pancake, sides splits and front splits are all great. It's just the mechanical issue of the gut that makes my forward fold look terrible.

    Hi man, your context is phenomenal!!Just one question,what do you think are the prerequisites for starting one arm handstand?? Currently I can pike- straddle press with bent or straight legs and change shapes in my handstand and 1 or 2 freestanding handstand push-ups.Do you think I can start??Is there maybe some sort of "test" I can do??
