Cashing in Coins at the Bank (September 2018) ACTION-PACKED ADVENTURE!

  • Once, again, cashing coins in to convert them into usable cash.
NOTE: NEVER put a full container into a machine (Coinstar ones tell you that)! You can jam the coin entry slot, or the machine.
If you wish your bank, store, or other place has a similar thing, ASK THEM! You'll get nowhere wishing for them here. (It's also considered SPAM Posting, and will be removed.)

LUL, i recently got a cashier job and i found my first silver quarter in a coinroll. Opened it up and it stuck out like a sore thumb and it got me into coin hunting for silver. I think theres a Silver quarter at the 4:19 mark. Just to the left of where the bin starts to bottleneck LUL

You don't know how the machine works. It doesn't stop because it's too much or jammed. It's simply optimizing how many coins its introducing with how many coins are being counted. In short, you're in no danger of actually jamming the machine where you're going to have to pay money to fix it. The machine is designed to work in spurts that way.

Once you have that change deposited buy CDs in the smallest denomination for the shortest time frame until you have all of the months covered..My bank will let you open CDs for as little as $100.00, for as little as six months..Then you can add to the maturing CDs on a monthly basis your change..Eventually.... with dedication.... you could have 60 CDs, with 1 rolling over on a monthly basis.. But get that shortest timeframe covered first and then open the 5 year CDs.. The longterms pay much better.. Its better than letting your money sit in a regular savings account earning next to nothing. At the moment my saving account pays 2/10th of 1%.. CDs are paying 3% and the quarterly interest payments can go to your savings account..It does add up quickly
