Jalen Carter is a quiet reserved person. Rarely talked to media.. Don't know what planet your from, he's doesn't like the attention and is NOT an "asshole".
And with the 6 the pick in the 2023 NFL Draft, the Detroit Lions select⊠jalen, Carter defensive tackle from the University of Georgia
There's a lot of teams rumored to not want Jalen and the same time doing private meetings. Today is the third private workout/ meeting with the lions. If they didn't like him there wouldn't have been a second.
Not true. They want to confirm their beliefs that he does not fit the culture. Think Nick Farley, Albert Haynesworth, etc. Wait until the guy is a millionaire. Will he want to work to get better, or party and spend his cash like a playboy.
This dude literally picks up his blockers lol. The best offensive lineman in college said that Jalen Carter was the only guy that knocked him down and pushed him around. He also pushes around two blockers at a time. F that combine! Lol his tapes shows it all. If we pass on him the Bears want him. Wouldnât want to play against this freak of nature twice!

Jalen Carter on film has no motor concerns. He balls out in games. Jalen is going to have to convince the Lions he will work hard in practice, and it is pure speculation what the Lions say behind closed doors. The Lions are getting much better at keeping their cards to their chest. The first year, everyone and their mom knew the Lions were drooling over Penei. Last year the whole Jamo move took everyone by surprise.

I don't care how much talent an individual may have. If a guy can't come to the single most important pre-draft day of his life in shape and ready to go, has to leave the workout early because he gets gassed being so terribly out of shape, then that guy's not for me personally. Probably a good thing I'm not making the decisions but I'm sure there's plenty of NFL personnel that have the same thought processes. Showed no discipline showing up that far overweight and outta shape.
