Who Owns Kenya? Tatu City

TATU City is possibly the most famous-and equally ambitious- real estate project in the country today despite the fact that it is still in very early stages of development. Besides the massive scale of the project, TATU City has also been in the news lately over a controversy that arose around shareholding and project management issues. This led to a legal tussle and the matter is still in court so we will not go into details on this. Despite this initial set back that threatened to derail the ambition of creating Africa's largest "city of the future", the management of TATU City project was not deterred. The project is back on track and its phase one-construction of key infrastructural backbone-has begun. But how was this ambitious project with a strange name-TATU-conceived?

Sure we need a city , but it’s not a good idea to destroy the coffee farms we depend on, in order to live easier to for few decades. MODERATION DAMMIT!!! Actions have consequences, and unfortunately when the consequences don’t apply to the rich people in their life time, and ignore them. If the human race continues to act stupidly, it will die, and we will deserve it. (not everybody, but enough) It only takes one person drilling through the bottom of the boat to sink 50 peeople on it.
