This is the best place to invest.I bought a 2 bedrooms house there two years ago at a cost of 5 Million to date they are selling the same houses at a cost of 9.5milllion
Wow...that was sweet deal you got...Two years ago they were even cheaper than the one bedroom price now & they are now almost double the amount..Congrats, you invested just the right time
I love this show so much
Nancy as always - a pleasure. Another THUMBS UP show.. I regard your videos like a great secret as most African Americans haven't gotten the idea yet of moving to Africa. The indoctrination has been thorough and severe. But some are wising up and your videos are really inspiring. Your company will be the one I go to when I come.
Our doors will be open for you and stay tuned for more
Great episode Nancy but I feel that having watched the show for over 10 yrs, the show has lost its Mojo and you need to do something soon. Show more properties from different developers not the same o developers week in week out Nancy.
So of all the people in kenya they could not find a kenyan to be a dierctor. Under our rules there has to be no one in kenya who was qualified to do this job which i think is impossible. Unless he is one of the co-founders i stand corrected.
@my0.0cents What makes you think this gentleman is not a Kenyan? Even if he is not a kenyan is that your problem? This guy is an investor and to me he has a product that probably indigenous kenyans cannot offer. So think before you comment
@@daveparko3519 I do research before i speak. Clearly you did not. Maybe you should try that sometime. Its way better. Smarter even. I looked at his linkedin did you? Of course not. The former director of traffic Pizza. Want to guess what they did? Worked at Civicon it doesnt exist. Or at least it must have at some point. What is your evidence he is an investor. The laws of Kenya must be followed no ifs or buts. ESP for a project marred in court filing of corruption.
Typical narrow minded Kenyan. If you have the money you too can come to England and be a property developer as a director of your own company.
@@daveparko3519you need to own your iwn economy so that is why he should be Kenyan. Guy is British can't you tell by his accent.
HOW MUCH IS THE DEPOSIT..is it the 50K for 1year?
Pay 50, 000 but in reality the apartment is worth 35k rent. Then you need to top up 15k monthly for 9years?

What kind of investing is this where you have an occupied property that both you and the tenant need to pay? If you cannot turn a profit from the rents collected, then it’s not a good investment. Am I missing something here?
Hehe...so the deposit amount is not mentioned anywhere...very convenient!!!
Very good, i am interested on this project but I am not Kenyan. I need visa to come Kenya. Am i buy house in Kenya? Please let me know.
I was following the updcale home program. There was this house you were building under that program. How did it go?
Its 97% complete, stay tuned for more updates
Nancy, please do your due diligence on these off-plan and new buildings. According to Sakaja, there are 822 pending cases with Nairobi city council of buildings built in violation of Nairobi’s building codes. Majority of these apartments are in Kilimani and Upper Hill being built by the Chinese. Please don’t recommend any building without proof, it has no pending case nor has violated building codes. We need to lookout for each other. Greed will kill us Kenyans.
None of the developments we showcase has had this issue. First Avenue does due dilligence of not only the developments but the companies and teams behind them
9.5% interest is too high. Deposit is 10%. Why would anyone pay interest on an off-plan housing? Go for Chinese properties… they have no interest.
@Nancy, how did you get 5 years? Your math is not adding up!! 😳
so 50k for how long, where is this
Tatu city unity west. He said 9years..
So a british guy buying land buikding houses and selling it to Kenyans and Black duaspora. Whars wrong with that oicture. Soon Kenya will be like Britain with lots of homeless people as houses are too expensive
