Hi there! You have to use your business perks. Check it out in the store tab. You earn points by just opening and running your business. You can choose to add another employee and the. You go to the employee panel and hire ☺️

Oh, so you have to make the medical pet biscuits. Well, that explains everything. I dun bought the Pawspital in Brindleton Bay and renamed it Starr Pet Clinic because the idiots at that place would not treat Power Girl's cat despite the fact that she signed in her cat. They were treating the other pets but not hers. Just goes to show you that EA doesn't care about anyone, let alone some mere sim characters.

My vet is so hectic that I'm having troubles keeping up with it my two employees don't do anything besides standing around talking I'm the one doing 90% of the work. It gets a little aggravating after a while doing everything on your own. 😧
You have to train them and then they will work more
hire more employees
U can criticise and train ur employees for them to do better
Money cheat: Pressx ctrl+shift+c and a white bar will appear. Type motherlode To get 50,000 dollars in Sim Cash
Tell them you dont need them anymore...and hire better bois

I have found a good way to keep your Vet Clinic clean. Put another Sim into your household with your Vet and give that other Sim the Neat trait but do not level up their Vet skill at all. They will clean most things up, if they get occupied doing something else pause, switch control to them and tell them to mop or clean. It works great as you have control over what is cleaned but with them having the Neat trait they mostly clean up themselves anyway. You can even have them wear clinic uniform as they are members of the household.
In my own clinic my Neat Sim is in a relationship with my Vet but only to enable them to sleep in a double bed together. Her clinic has an apartment upstairs and thought it would be weird to have an employee staying with her.

I find that the staff i hire barely do anything. So I just use members of my household to do all the cleaning and greeting patients. You just have to learn how to time everything (it takes awhile for pets to go to the examination table so during that time i'd use another sim to start giving treatment to another pet.

Can someone plz help my employees are just standing around doing NOTHING and they keep quiting for doing nothing how do i fix that
So this happened to me with a restaurant employees. I saved the game, fired them and went to my home lot, then I went back and hired new ones. Fixed for me! I hope this helps.

I'm stuck at 3 stars of rating. Everything is working perfectly. I have all of the requirements that are shown in the video but I can't get any ratings higher than 3 stars, I also bought everything with my perk points. Anyone having the same problem? Question: What good does promoting do? I've noticed no change in my employees performance, it just costs me more.
You'll have an influx of customers! So don't promote unless you're ready or else not serving all the customers in a timely manner will result in you getting bad reviews and a lower star rating.

Quick question: How do you buy plots, like if you alredy have a plot, how do you do this?
Go to the pc or phone and click purchase property, I believe is the verbiage. From there you can purchase really any lot!
But how do you make the animal less sick??

My pets got sick and I brought them to a vet and I bought it and it was a horrible mistake cause I don't know how to run it and this was helpful but I still have sick pets and I am emotionally attached to all animals even in the sims so I am sad ;-;

Try doing it when there isn’t a sim living there. See if that helps!
