Netlfix has gone from giving us a crappy selection of movies/shows to watch (they still do) to making some of the most interesting original movies/ shows to watch. And I've been with them all the way. I feel like a proud dad.
“She whispered secrets only a dead woman could know” best line
I just watched 1922 today and I found the movie quite sad. It had creepy parts in it but it was mostly sad for me. More drama filled than horror. It was really good though and I enjoyed it lol.
I just watched this film and I'm convinced that Thomas Jane deserves some sort of award for the work he's done. Seriously like anything. I've been a massive fan of his since "The Punisher" as I'm sure a lot of people are and I can honestly say I've never seen him better. Legit one of the best performances of the year!
So good to see Thomas Jane on a platform that deserves his talent. Seriously underrated and utterly immense in The Expanse.
felt bad for the cow
(Sees base on novel by Stephen King) Stop right there.. I'm in
Just watched it again after 5 years and almost forgot how amazing the performance and the athmosphere in that movie was. Outstanding actor
In the end, we all get caught...
I think the murder scene is the most horrifying thing in the entire movie. A mother and wife being held by her son and slaughtered by her husband screaming for them to let her go while her blood splashes on them, and all that monstrosity is because the poor woman wanted to move to the city..she did not even want a divorce really
Watched it a year ago and I still think about it every now and then. Great atmosphere, cinematography, tension building... A great S.K. adaptation.
This is a great "calm" story. Wouldn't really call it "horror". It has a couple of "scary" scenes, but not enough to call it horror. Wonderful movie.
I watched it, and it lived up to the hype. Amazing acting and they nailed the time period. But it also leaves you feeling weird.
Thomas Jane has always been a very under rated actor.
This trailer doesn’t give justice to how amazing the movie was
Thomas Jane and his epic drawl makes the whole movie. Beautiful transformative work, you have to take a long hard look at him to process the fact he is Thomas Jane he is so deeply immersed in his character. "I believe that there's another man, inside every man. The conniving man."
This looks interesting. I wanna read the novel now
THIS REMINDS ME OF TELL TALE HEART WHEN HE STARTS IMAGINING THINGS AFTER THE DEATH !!!!!!!!
Haven't seen anything this good for many years, actors, scenery, just nailed it! I came here just to say thank you to Netflix for making such great movies! Please, more.
I’m not really a horror movie fan, but I watched this just for the fun of it and man did it give me some chills.. the way it was all layer out realistically and all I’d definitely recommend it.
