I bought this game a few days ago from that sale. It was a recommendation from a friend of mine and holy shit, was it a fucking great recommendation. The opening scene to the campaign sent chills down my spine, "pilots see the world different... sheer walls become flanking routes". That quote is so good not only because it's true, but because it's so damn fun moving around in this game. Amazing campaign that has an engaging storyline and it teaches and encourages the player to make use of the movement mechanics.
I also played a few online games today (Attrition only, have yet to play other modes) and noticed immediately that Titans add quite an amazing dynamic to the game. It changes how you need to interact with the battlefield midway through the game since these Titans will destroy your ass if you aren't in a Titan already. And if you get in a Titan early, wooooo boy. It completely changes how you play and it feels amazing!
I know myself well. So, I know that this game is already a favorite of mine and that I'm going to be playing this game for many hours to come!

@@oathr1950 Titanfall 2 never took off. And right now updating the game would be bad idea since they would have two multiplayer games. And you never really should do that. You are basically competing with yourself too at that point.

I really hope this shows Respawn that we love the Titanfall game and still want our badass mech partners. BRs are fun but nothing beats crushing a titan or getting off a titancore at that clutch moment.

I started playing yesterday and I love it (And I have never played fps-games before)
I just joined the community when the 75% off sale started, so glad this is happening
I first heard of Titanfall 2 when the game was coming out I was watching tv with my family I was 12, an ad for a game that was coming out soon came up that game was titan fall 2 I have yet to play the game but I have watched hundreds of videos on it I have game pass so I can play it technically free anyways but I have other things I have to do but when the day comes ima record my first playthrough of titan fall 2, despite the fact that I haven't even taken my first steps in this game I love it, not many games can do that and even fewer older titles can do that, this game is lovely and I can't wait to try it out.

I love the support that Titanfall 2 and the May 1st get together has gotten from Respawn themselves in the past month. It makes me so happy to see Titanfall back on the radar for so many people. Even gotten some of my friends to play with me for the weekend!
just jumped back into the game in what feels like forever and I was immediately at home, no warm up needed I was going ham. Third game I became a beast again.
