this is so me right now.. everything you've preached pierced through my heart.. i need help.. I'm afraid that my sin will find me out.. may the Lord have mercy on my life..
That's the place you want to be ❤️ I had a terrible childhood, and one day I was tired of the pain, so decided to harden my heart so it wouldn't hurt anymore. God warned me that was wrong, and yet again I was disappointed. He wanted my heart soft, without which I wouldn't be able to hear Him. You have a good soft heart.
It's also important to know that we are fallible, and this is where we rely on God's strength and love by faith. We can't do this on our own, and that's why He gave us the Holy Spirit. Repent of the things that you know you did wrong to the best you understand. Ask Him for help to change. Everyday! Even every time you sin. Even if you fall over and over, keep repenting and asking for help. Believe it or not, He delights in helping us 🫂❤️
@@jakeschwartz2514 this is actually not nonsense since it is Biblical.. God does spoke about the 7 churches or lampstands and only 2 were acceptable in God's sight.. these were all believers, who were born again and received the Holy Spirit but still fail to meet God's expectations. I am afraid many churches in all part of the world are doing the same mistake, leaving their first love in Christ. We could be unaware about it or ignorant because many preachers are preaching outside the Bible, not teaching the truth about repentance and sin.
We desperately need more preachers of righteousness instead of those who tickle ears and make people comfortable in their sins, apathy, complacency and duplicity!
This is what I have needed to hear for a long time, I'm certain of this because of how uncomfortable I was listening
truly our God is so gracious for pointing us by this message we thank You our Father for reminding us about idleness for correcting us and for Your rebukes! because Your mercies are new every morning thank You for speaking to us by Your Spirit thank You Father for Your generosity through the Preachers like Charles Spurgeon and through Christ we are so so grateful!Amen!
Utterly convicting. Lord, help an apathetic child like myself, that I may serve to please You, and not to always be concerned for my own comfort. 😔🙏

The US has been absolutely saturated and glutted with the gospel like no other nation in all of history. You won't find anyone except an infant in a cradle who hasn't heard the gospel fifty times. What remains is for believers to OBEY the gospel, that is, not to love the world or the things of the world, but to love one another as Jesus loves them as a true and abiding witness to the world.

From the past comes a sermon to us from 1886 on how we must serve our Almighty God , maker of all that is seen and all that is unseen , who is looking at us all professing Christians this minute with Eyes that never sleep ! Lord, I'm trying to serve u please help me to do it right for u know I'm a hard - headed dummy ! I have pointed my first great grandson in the path , with Your Help , to maybe be a great Preacher ! I have told all of my Clan and many others that claim to love You , to just say " Hello Jesus " first thing when they awake in the morning . Those who will listen, I repeat what You taught me NOT to Fall in Love With the World or you will become My Enemy ! And, that the TRADITIONS of men make Void the Word of God ! Lord , am I doing it Right ? It's not much of a sermon , but it's from my heart Dear Jesus .
I have had a difficult time listening to other videos of people reading sermons by Charles Spurgeon. However, your energy and the tone of your voice made your rendering very enjoyable to listen to. I have subscribed and look forward to listening to more of your videos.

I had tears in my eyes when listening to this sermon because it was healing my wounded soul after experimenting such fate with many so called believers around me…. They are able to let down the work of God whenever it pleased them….

@@vincentborrowdale3093 It said the sermon was from 1886, I didn't think they started to do experiments for particles until the 1900s? So, I was puzzled by it when it came up. It had nothing to do with faith in God, just the timestamp.
