May I ask you why did you turn the battery on only after engine start and after disconnect the external power? I’m asking because on most of the tutorials I’ve seen the battery was one of the first thing to do...(not only in the P-47, but other fighters and civilian aircraft as well)

I'll locate the relevant parts in the manual(s) when I get to my PC and share it here later, but for now what I can recall off the top of my head is that starting off external power was the standard thing to do and that the battery master should only be turned on once external power is disconnected.

Ok Otavio, I found it for you and I uploaded it to my dropbox, so the link to download is at the end of this post. This was my main reference document for the P-47D flows and it covers the D-25 through D-35.
On Page 27 there is a note referencing not to use the airplane's battery if external power (an external battery cart) is plugged in, then on page 28 for the startup at "5. Starting Engine" it says:
"a. With ignition and battery switches "OFF," pull the propeller through several turns by hand"
"b. Whenever possible, an external source of power should be plugged into the receptacle in the right-secondary engine cowling"
If you didn't want to use any external power then just turn the battery master on after priming the engine. Honestly though It doesn't make any practical difference to us in the sim. I just wanted to offer another way of doing it. I hope that clears up my thought process for it!
