Hello Dr. I'm an AS patient (25yrs.old). Dr. Along with AS I've disc bulges at l4-l5 & l5-S1 levels since last year due to which I've pain in my left lower leg and below the lumber spine on right side. I'm taking pregabalin 75mg twice a day along with duloxetine 20 once a day but not getting relief. I've so much pain in my legs that it becomes difficult for me to do even daily activities.
