I don't really care about who wins, but the argument that world cup wins are robbed or rigged is so lazy to me. Mistakes are made in tournaments because we're all humans, it always goes both ways and not just against one team. The winners celebrate, and the losers complain, that's just how things go in sports.

@@shannyFC That Alvarez penalty vs Croatia was a clear penalty. The GK totally missed the ball.. if he had touched the ball before Alvarez then it would not have been a penalty. Alvarez made contact with the ball before the GK meaning the ball was still with him before he was brought down.

To sum it up: Argentina needed penalties during the entire knock-out phase to either draw or open the scoreboard against their opponents. Even in the group phase they were handed them twice. On top of that, the penalties that were given were extremely soft and open for every form of discussion. With VAR there is absolutely no way to argue Argentina was helped to win the world cup, and any Argentinian saying this did not interfere with the results and did not make FIFA suspicious is clearly biased. The entire world but Argentina was against them (other than people wanting Messi as an individual to win the world cup) that is not a coincidence is it?
