I recently just put a G/6 or 7 blocker palm, has the finger protection, into a g4 blocker. Not a perfect 1:1 but it did fit on the middle adjustment

@HockeyReviews do you remember if the eflex 5 is the same sizing as the 6? Your review of the 5 may have convinced me to pull the trigger on a used set of pads.

I had to go down a size on the 6. So 5 I would've been 35+2, 6 I was 34+2

Could you say the warrior g7 pad is more durable than your regular bauer or g6?

Depends what you mean by durable. Bauer has issues with the thread they use and have difficulty issues with their stitching. G7 has the integrated knee block and a stiffer core so it should stay stiffer longer than the G6 do
