If it wasn’t for the flat Nino Schurtre would have surely won- it’s insane that me made up almost 16 minutes on pidcock
16 minutes? It was about a minute I think. Probably lost about 30s on the climb, and was stationary for another 30s
1:05 loss fell to 16th place

Bro Nino aint getting any younger, surely he will lose time in the uphill, i am a a big fan of the legends but we have to accept that Tom is too strong and young for the win.

bit of a disservice saying pidcock comes from the road, what about the years he's spent on cyclocross. Nino was a master in this race, stunning recovery.
It annoys me when this keeps getting repeated; he rides on the road, but he's also a CX World Champion. He's a multi discipline cyclist....

I wanna see a new discipline where enduro racing meets XC. I wanna see proper gnarly DH with steeps, gaps, drops, etc AND technical single track climbing. A roadie shouldn’t be able to mop the floor with the best ‘mnt bikers’ in the world, I don’t care how good at ‘cross he is.

@@theymademepickaname1248 any racer here in XCO world cup would probably smoke all of us in a DH track with an XC bike while we are on DH bikes
