    Pranam guruji. I have been suffering from pain in both the sides of hips. The place where our thighs join the pelvic girdle. I have no problems in walking or squatting but anything which involves the knees to go to the right or left is extremely painful. Even sleeping in one on the sides is very painful. There has been no injury, it just started one fine day. Could you please guide on some Asana to heal it. Thanks
