“Get a life, kid.” Brock Lesnar 2023
Howled with laughter 😂
W moment
I can't stop laughing everytime I watch that clip😂😂
Pretty accurate statement though😂
Brandon Jones L
I absolutely LOVE when Cornette imitates Dusty, it’s so freaking perfect 😂
IM COMING FOR YUUUU NAYCHA BOOOOY!!!!😂😂😂
When Jim does the Dusty impression, it's just awesome. One of the best impressions there is.
Duthtay Whodeth baby.
Brock Lesnar's mental assault on Mustafa Ali triggered Chris Jericho.
@@JesusIsComingSoon316 I think he's talking about that time Brock Lesnar injured injured John Cena or Randy Orton
@@Geonaute2 it was a hard elbow on Orton
@@HelloPeopleHii thank you! Very good memory
Brock Lesnar telling Ali to get a life was priceless. It was hilarious. Brock's facial expressions are gold. He's serious and very believable.
He's believable because he's a genuine bad ass, the guy legitimised wrestling as a whole by winning the ufc heavyweight title.
Triple H & Cody together is something I didn't know I wanted to see until I saw it. Triple H ran NXT with Dusty, trained today's modern stars with Dusty, Triple H admired Dusty, and there he was with Dusty's son who is telling him that he is going to fight Brock, and asking Triples what would he have done, and what DID he do when it was him, and man that sold me.
Triple H's history with Cody predates NXT. It goes back to Legacy and DX's feud with Cody & Ted.
Can we all acknowledge the fact, Jim did a spot on Dusty impression….like I could visualize Dream for a second
Whenever i see an actual decent angle or match these days, I think of Corny's Dusty impression when he went: "we makin major motion pictures, babeh "
A spot on impression like that is born of years of time working together. You can tell he is right back there in 89 with Dream
Brock really has to like you for him to put this much effort into a storyline.
Moxley and Wyatt didn’t even get a fraction of the effort from Brock 😂😂😂
I think Brock hated that Mania finish but liked Cody’s work enough that they could do good business. Its also an excuse for him to turn heel. He def is trying with all his might to get Cody as over as possible tho
Who cares everybody stopped caring about Cody after he lost and this Brock vs Cody don't make sense just crap
@@detmorales9151 judging by the crowd reactions he’s gotten on every show he’s been on since wrestlemania I would say your observation is incorrect
Yup, probably because Cody knows what he is doing and is presenting something to Brock where Brock is taken seriously as a major ass kicker and isn't suggesting stupid phony shit. Hell when's the last time anyone saw Brock bleed for someone? Also another fun fact Brock has competed in every WWE PPV this year so far.
@@corpyhogan4433 the only thing he's getting a crowd reaction is during his song that's the only crowd reaction he's getting 💯 it's not a big buzz like it was before plus WWE's been going overboard piping in the crowd noises!!!! The only thing I see now are just kids cheering him
"Baby faces have friends."
Not when Brock is involved.
The only part that was BS kayfabe-wise, was Brock sneaking up on Cody. Brock’s like a loose pit bull running around, people are going to notice him immediately.
Cody is a good tried and true babyface which wrestling severely lacks nowadays. His promos can be a bit…flowery lol but when its time to sell then be that fired up Ricky Morton,Dusty,Steamboat type babyface,he’s one of the few modern guys who gets it. ie. Moxley or Omega…what are they? Or The Bucks switching every other week. I miss just a plain white meat babyface
Maybe but WWE already took a Shit on his momentum and now trying everything to put him over again just stupid
Pretty similar to steamboat himself when it comes to promos lol
"elegant" is a very elegant way of saying fruity
Flowery 😂😂😂 I like that I'm going to use it 😂😂😂
@@wwltd3036 back in my day we called em fairies 🧚♂️
When Andre choked out hulk the whole locker came out to try to break the hold it took jake to bring out the snake for him to release it … definitely see Jim’s point
i think Brock needs to get more love for his mic work after Heyman.
Absolutely
If Cowboy Bob Orton can wrestle with a “broken forearm”, so can Cody
Word is Bob's arm is still "broken" lol
Nice setup to a future Randy angle when he gets cleared.
If Kurt Angle can wrestle with a broken freaking Neck, so can Cody
Cowboy Bob wrestled with the cast for at least a decade.
Big Evil Taker fought Lesnar with a cast on if I remember correctly 🤔
In a parallel universe, Brock is jobbing to Orange Cassidy on AEW Dynamite.
In a parallel universe Orange Cassidy is beating Roman Reigns at Wrestlemania 39.
That will get more people's interest than this SHITFEST we getting now after WWE dropped the ball on Cody
I checked every universe with Dr. Strange's Time Stone. Turns out there's not one single universe where Brock loses to Orange Cassidy. Not even that weird-ass hot dog universe.
@@detmorales9151AEW marks
He’s jobbing to Marco stunt on aew
Brian just reminded me of a time when for example a DX would Jump the rock or Austin and the fans would call for one or the other to come out, not saying it should happen all the time but he’s right we need more babyfaces showing up, it would’ve helped if Ali showed to back Cody, it would’ve helped Brock look more unstoppable and it would give Ali more exposure
Plus, Ali would've sold so amazing for Brock. I agree, it was a missed opportunity.
I wonder if we'll get a loaded forearm cast gimmick
Worked for Bob Orton Jr.
Already called that.
Imagine brock beating Cody down then the cast happens brock goes down and out
Cody wins
Then brock can really go nuts
Cage match time!
@@xenniealsentinel1800 Brock could do that. Gotta keep codys momentum. Brock will always be over.
Jim accidentally calling Cody by Dusty sounds like him being nostalgic.
Brock still hasn't explained why he attacked Cody. That segment with Cody and Triple H last Monday was very interesting. 👀
Paul knows what Broken arm looks like. Correct me if I'm wrong didn't Brock break Shawn's arm??
HHH sending Brock to beat Cody makes no sense. HHH can’t wrestle due to his heart pacemaker if it leads to a match against Cody, he doesn’t have a logical reason why he sent Brock. Brock attacked Cody because he’s in the way of fighting for the championship.
@@AlexanderMacAoidh Triple H misappropraites WWE funds to hire Brock to hurt Cody.
Thank you I’ve been saying that for a whole month no
Explanation not even a clue on why he attacked Cody if this continues I know Vince is back and all but I need all these old heads to point it out and stop showing so much favoritism towards Cody and anything he is involved with cause besides the beatdowns by Brock this storyline has made no sense at all except oh let’s do the John cena thing we did
There was a report several years ago, when some of the wrestlers were going at each other on twitter. Vince had them stop, because he had no intention of putting them in a program, so he saw them "working together" on Twitter as them working a feud that wasn't going to happen.
This might be related. Vince doesn't want anyone to come in and scream or confront Brock, because it will lead the audience to think they're eventually going to have a match with Brock, which Vince has no intentions to do.
So Cody had to take his beating alone.
Then have SEVERAL mid card and lower card babyface wrestlers PLUS officials, staff, crew and security come out to save Cody. A few show up and Brock manages to fight his way through them but eventually more come and even his brute force can't outweigh the numbers
I feel like the whole officials can't break up the fight thing has been so overdone that it wouldn't really matter. It's totally normal for crews to be filming athletes arriving to the stadium. Brock just attacked cody on the way in. You think a camera crew is going to step in against one of your top heels?
That being said, I do think this kind of thing can be improved in two ways: first, the sneak attack can't be live. It has to be taped so that no one has a chance to react to it. Second, the camera crew has to behave like they're affraid. I know thats tough, but have them run away while whoecer it is that was doing the attack advances on the camera.
VKM was the best thing to happen to the WWF in the 80s and the 90s. VKM was the worst thing to happen to the WWE in the 2010s and 2020s
I just watched the Cody/HHH segment on CZcams, it was very well done.

It’s common in UFC and NBA to film the athletes coming into the arena.
WWE have done it for decades showing big stars coming to the arena like The Rock or HHH. Its fine
My god, Jim Cornette morphed into Dusty Rhodes
My Gawd he broke him in half!! - Jim Ross.
One of the best things in the days gone by of watching TV wrestling was waiting and hoping to see who was going to come out and help even the odds on a beatdown. Especially when they wouldn't play the music. You would just out of nowhere hear the crowd go from booing to cheering and you knew somebody was running down the entryway, but you didn't know who until the camera finally panned over to show it. As a kid it built so much suspense and it was awesome!
Absolutely
Brian’s on point! The baby faces had friends who came to help and that’s why war games and survivor series worked back in the day.
If Cody is going to follow his dream, sooner or later he'll need to be an underdog. If Cody beats Lesnar with a broken arm, things are getting ridiculous.
I love Jim’s Dusty impersonation
I absolutely love goofy smiling Brock lol I didn't even know he had this layer to him it's so refreshing from the gimmick/persona he's had the past 10+ years
His reaction when he see's Cody take the sling and ice pack off he goes from smiling to a shark smelling blood in the water
love jims dusty impersonation freaking had me rolling 🙂
Not Jim accidentally referring to Cody as Dusty, I know it was a honest mistake but man that’s funny, Cody is the best face we’ve got rn!!!!
Rest easy dusty✊🏻
They were busy recording with their cellphones!! 😂😂
I like this because this eventually gives him a reason to start building a faction around Cody. Legacy/Evolution 2.0 (in the future not now)
Cody won’t wanna be in a faction.. even as the leader
I wanba see guys like MJF or Starks in stable with him since they were his guys during his time in AEW, so it would be cool if Cody have them to be in a stable/factions with him
Not everybody has to be in factions, you mark
Was in Hershey for Raw, this happened and my 10 year old son was pissed because he knew he wouldn't be singing Cody's song that night.
The song is the only thing that's getting him over because the storylines he doing are crap
@detmorales9151 ah yeah definitely an aew Stan. Oh and a racist as a see from your profile description. Trash.
That's sucks. Poor kid.

Cornette's Dusty impersonation is PERFECTION! 👍
I can watch Brock Lesnar and never get bored
He's just one of those talents that people will always tune in to watch because he can even get freaking briefcase over with the crowd. The visual change and cutting his own promos just made him even more interesting.
I thought I was the only one who noticed the matches were longer and less ad-break interruptions.
I know exactly what you’re talking about with the non-intervention in the heel beatdown. When I was a kid it felt like every other week that Tito Santana would chase off the heel or at the very least, Rene Goulet and Pat Patterson would be out there as nameless officials waving their arms around and dragging the injured babyface to the back.
Loving the Dusty imitation 👌🏽
What the fuck are these guys even talking about? The reason why nobody came quickly in this circumstance is because Brock jumped him as soon as he came into the building. He did so in order to avoid exactly that problem of people coming to Cody‘s aid. That is absolutely incorrect nitpicking on Jim’s part. He needs to think these critiques through a little bit more.
Can never get enough of Cornette's Dusty Rhodes impressions. Is there an Omnibus?
There needs to be
I remember one of the NWO's first backstage/parking lot attacks and Hall and Nash attacked some wrestlers outside and prior to becoming Buff Bagwell, you saw Marcus Bagwell checking on his partner, and then when he turned around, he got attacked. It was him being concerned about his partner. I think that was the same segment where Rey Mysterio saw what was going on, tried to dive at Nash and Nash caught him and threw him like a dart into the trailer lol Totally see where Jim and Brian are coming from in terms of people in the locker room having friends to try to help even if it's a futile effort
Travis Heckel artwork is the best! always captures the story in one image.
I love that Jim said "double wristlock" and not "kimura".
"And I Got The Sling On Baby " 😂😂😂😂
Dusty lost the title to Harley Race with a broken arm
Jim just did one of if not the best impression of dusty I have ever heard.. wow.. amazing job..
“And here comes Dusty” 💀💀💀💀
Cody's like Doctor Who, Dusty has regenerated!!🤠
Everything is in a bubble there's very little crossover with people outside of programs. Everything is too clean and this adds to the unbelievable-ness.
i said that day before raw i wanna see cody and hhh in a segment and look what we got
I like when Brock is in destroying everything in his path mood. They are clearly trying to make Cody the ultimate babyface that can overcome adversity but I find it hard to see him beating Brock at Night of Champions. Few can beat Brock at 100%, no one has beaten him injured that I recall, at best I see Cody passes out from the pain to the Kamura Lock, but never tapping. The only question is, how does he go from a "broken" arm to winning MiTB in a short time. Because really that is the only way he can get to Roman at this point. If they try to push for a third match with Brock, we might see Cody face Roman without another Rumble win or something else and that is a mistake. Cody has to beat Roman at ether the upcoming MSG show or Summer Slam.
WWE trying after they dropped the ball 💩 but no one gives a shit anymore other than kids
I can see Pearce, under Triple H orders, and coming out to stop the match ala Daniel Bryan and Cody is pissed that he push Pearce which led to Triple H suspended Cody so he can rest up his "injury" and because of this Cody was pissed when he came back from suspensions and challenges Brock to a match at Summerslam because he believes that Brock sneak attack injured him and cost him to be suspended for pushing an authority personel and misses MITB, the another opportunity for Cody to face Roman again for the title. Then Brock accept, making Cody vs Brock 3 with a stipulation match
"It's still real to me, dammit!"
Seth Rollins did beat him with injured ribs, around 2015-2019 I think
It's MSG. Always was going to be. It completes a 40 year arc. A 40 year story arc. Dusty's story finally ends at MSG, where it started.
the problem is that everyone is in the same locker room the only people that have separate locker rooms are the big stars but if you wanna have separate locker rooms it should only be the heels cause they’re better than everyone
When Cody stood up and put his hand on the garage door, I heard a faint, lisping voice in the back of my mind..."Make it good!!" 😉
If you're a Wrestler walking round the back and you see a WWE Cameraman, you gotta know ish is about to go down!
Thats one thing AEW gets right. Granted theres an overabundance of stables but they make the save for their friend's.
You could have had some faces get wasted by brock on raw but they would get a rub by being associated loosely with cody. It doesn't have to be a full blown stable but faces are all about doing the right thing and such
Except Brock Lesnar is the scariest human being alive 😂 he’s the size of the AEW roster combined
@@AlexanderMacAoidh so faces should be pussies and not attempt to do the right thing?
That Dusty impression is impressive.
"You can't work a match with a broken leg... but I've seen it twice."
I wonder if they’re building up the ‘lone wolf/guy from the outside to turn him heel and put him in a faction. Ngl I thought having him in Judgement Day would be cool.
2:33 I was thinking the same thing while watching Brock Destroy Cody that’s crazy
Where’s Lashley helping out !? Big ‘Ol spear out of nowhere
They ruined a great chance at redoing the Kevin Nash torpedo of Rey Mysterio some 20 years ago. How great would that have been?
7:12 Muhammad Ali was in a backstage interview! I thought he was dead or is that Mustafa Ali? I’m confused now 🤷🏼♂️
Can someone explain how his forearm got broken from a kimura, which is a shoulder lock
He smashed his forearm backstage with a keg
@@wildwine6400 ah i see appreciate it
Travis has nailed it again! Amazing artwork!

This segment was better when brock did it with undertaker on smackdown before no mercy 2002
The third match (almost inevitable now) is almost GUARANTEED to be a stipulation match! Steel cage? HITC? Last Man Standing is probably most likely.
Edit: HITC works coz of his injury vs Rollins. But maybe that's why he won't. And a Last Man Standing may* be more suited for Lesnar's style?
I think HIAC, depends on the aftermath of NOC and whether the "injury" hamper Cody to wrestle in MITB
@@marvinleong5902 It's good or bad to do a HITC since that's the match where Cody got injured. So either he'd wanna avoid it (in real life) or they'll build an angle AROUND it. Either way surely will be good. I think Last Man Standing is more suited to Brock Lesnar but who knows?
Jimmy Garvin makes MJF look like a boy scout.
Cowboy Bob did it his whole career
Corny is pure gold!
Iron Mike Sharpe worked an entire career with a “broken” arm.
Omg i can listen to Jim do Dusty's voice all day.
JIM , please come back , I really think WWE should let you take charge for a month and Bumb heads with HHH AND SEE WHAT incredible shows you can come up with 🙏
i don’t think you should do a broken arm gimmick with cody cause we actually know what a broken bone looks like unless they put him in a sling and hide it but make up wouldn’t work when we saw the real deal injury
A "Broken arm" without any bruising.
Bob Orton did it for years with a cast on his arm
One big gripe I've had with pro-wrestling is that the babyfaces and the heels each have their respective clubs. Why on earth would heels be cool with other heels? Shouldn't they be trying to out heel the other heels too? And why should all the babyfaces get along too? And why can't some faces be "friends" with some heels? If a heel hasn't done anything to that babyface why should that face hate the heel?
My point is that they should have more dynamics than just a simple "there are good guys and there are bad guys" thing.
The scene Jim acted out was Rooster Cogburn
As Duke would say, "Fill your hands you 🤬"
I miss Dusty Rhodes what a great worker and talker. I see little glimmer's of Dusty Rhodes in some of Cody's promo's.
Dusty was a shitty worker. His working ability wasn't how he drew money.
So how does Cody stay on top until Wrestlemania next year? Do they have enough top guys to keep him busy?
They got Gunther on RAW, and Drew if they turn him heel. That's about it for top heels in the brand off the top of my head.
@@theazureknight9399 That's not much, but I guess it's something.
Muhammed Ali is in a backstage promo......
even in 2005 or so, scotty too hotty and funaki would run out when a babyface got attacked 😂
So Rhodes went into HIAC with a debilitating injury. It was a great moment. Using that to tell us he's going into his match with Lesnar with a broken arm as a work is bullshit

I'd lmao if Cody pulled a Cowboy Bob Orton and did the forearm cast gimmick.😜
I must have skipped by Cody with Triple H. I don't remember that at all. Oh, the show went off the air, yeah I probably just hit the insta skip button to delete the recording following the end of the main event. That makes sense now. What if Cody beats Brock with one arm?

thing it seems like cody never has any friends. and it always seems like poor adam pearce little petey pump and the hurricane always come out 30 mins late
They’ll do the undertaker angle, where he has a hard cast. He’ll be able to use it as a weapon and Cody will win to keep his momentum
Why is Brock Lesnar dressing like Undertaker?
If a baby face turns heel, how does he get his bags from the babyfaces locker room? 🤔🤔🤔
If your boyfriend
-Has never defeated Seth Rollins in a PPV in his career (0-5)
-Got disqualified vs. Xavier Woods (a mid carder) because he was afraid he was gonna lose his championship
-Lost to King Corbin
-Runs away from Rollins and has Paul Heyman pay Triple H and Adam Pierce to have Seth Rollins on another brand because he knows he can't defeat him.
-Has no heart and no desire to win
-Has the IQ of a potato.
Then you're dating Roman Reigns.
Seth Rollins is 4-1 in his last 5 televised matches vs. Roman Reigns.
I just watched that noc media event, Cody has no broken arm.
I think since Money in the bank is coming up soon I think it might be a good idea to have Brock Lesnar after Saturdays win is have him win the briefcase and have him hold it up to summer slam but not cashing it in but have Cody Rhodes beat up Brock Lesnar in the back and then Pierce comes out later saying he is tired of this shit and we are going to settle this once and for all and at Summer Slam we will have Brock Lesnar vs Cody Rhodes and the money in the Bank contract will be on the line at Summer Slam in a no holds barred match and at surviver series Cody Rhodes will cash in on Roman Reigns and switch show's and Roman Reigns is heartbroken and leaves for awhile but then Roman Reigns challenges Royal rumble winner after attacking the winner for weeks for the WrestleMania main event and Roman wins that and have Roman Reigns vs Cody Rhodes 2 but the roles are reversed with Cody Rhodes as the champion and Roman Reigns is the challenger
Don’t hate this idea- nice one
Brock with the line of the year but boy this woulda be a great fued for the title huh
