Add mustard oil also in marination and then give some smoky flavour by keeping a piece of hot coal and pour some ghee over it ...it will taste amazing
I cooked it today for family lunch and everyone relished it. Made a few chances to it as I didn't have cashew on hand so I added crushed melon seeds instead, along with capcicum & fried mushrooms. Turned out to be lip-smacking delicious.
