Okay now what we'd like to know is what you eat in a day and/or workout routine please
There’s not much to discuss for me to make a whole video on it. Basically if I workout, I just walk at least 10k steps a day or so 12-3-30 on the treadmill! & for food, I don’t follow any specific diet like vegan, intermittent fasting, keto.. I have a lot of food restrictions tho for either allergies or just cause it makes my skin bad lol. I think those restrictions help prevent me from eating things like fast food, soda, sweets, etc which are all things I ate pre- weight loss
