- Demon Hunter just got one of its hero powers buffed in Duels, and now it feels really strong, especially in combination with a passive treasure that lets you play it multiple times per turn!

@@EasterBunnyMurder not really, I lack a TON of cards because Im new, everything before schoolomance is off the table for me. Thats why I tend to enjoy hearthstone through CZcams. I have had crazy duels runs but man there always is a missing card that screws me.

im shocked they moved it to 1. it didnt seem so bad, even at 2, with all its synergies. potion of sparking, greedy gains, cannibalism, recycling and just the standalone fact that if you hit something with 1 health you get to keep the other one AND it has rush AND it can pop bubbles
I love in game 7 when Regis gets hit with a control card and then plays a turn where he develops a 10/9 with taunt and a 3/1 while killing a minion in convenience. I can imagine his opponent just sitting there in anguish, not even angry, just anguish at what just happened.
Although I don't play hearthstone anymore, I still love watching your videos.

Those damn patrons that killed you last game are really OP, I've seen so many games where they drop turn 1,2 or 3 and just run away with the game.
liilian has a 1 cost hero power that gives her a RANDOM 1 cost minion, making it 2 mana for a RANDOM 1 cost, almost worthless, while scarlet or whatever her name is has a 1 cost DISCOVER an UNDEAD which is so much more broken as it's guaranteed synergy and you can pick from 3 options. make the lilian hero power 0 mana or the 1 cost cost 0 or choose the 1 cost or a combination of 2
At 24:44 I could be wrong, but the move in my mind is target the left minion because the hero power disregards taunt, right? So the middle hits first and dies, the right stays back and becomes a 2/1 and the left is a 3/1, that's exactly clean for the taunt minion and after hilt, you clean up the bat and swing in with far left minion

Why did they move this hero power to 1? That's insane to me. It was already the default way to play "control" demon hunter in duels. Now it's just insane with sire D and infuse cards in general since it's so flexible.

Regis I don’t think I’ve ever seen you win against a ysera deck. There’s so much value in that. Not hating! Just saying it seems OP
He won against that thief that kept filling their hand way too much and straight up missed several ysera cards in order to get 1 drops lmao.
It's definitely a strong and versatile power but it's not unbeatable at all imo. I think Regis plays too conservatively against it, like, sure sometimes they get 5 awakens in a row and you lose but you can't hold back 2-3 mana every turn because you're afraid of the aoe.
24:08 i would have traded the 2/1 heropower, hilt, hero power would have gotten rid of the 5/5 and would have a 2/1 left over

as someone who doesn't play duels anymore, is there a reason he was focused on how many sets he was using in deckbuilding?
The card buckets the game offers you after every game is based on the card distribution in your deck, you can try and influence the cards offered by knowing the sets in your deck

Dude, Il'gynoth plus knifed giant woulda been sick when it worked. Instant 32+ face damage. Maybe too slow/unreliable though, idk, I'm a noob lol
He got the combo once + turn 9 vs turn 5 + better cards offered + 3 card combos are worse compared to 2. Yeah it would of been sick if it worked but the more words in the sentence the less likely it will work

that 3/3 that spawns a dude is dumb, had nice legendary deck, with the cost reduce power and they just play that on curve so i die.
just because i completely destroyed that bomb warrior doesnt mean i didnt want another win ( it was casual duel as i dont have 150 gold)
i had potion of vigor, and play a legendary, and you get random one in hand passives, so my deck never runs out and always full hand.
