- Today is just a look at a typical day for me living the dream here in Bangkok. I start off by taking my bike for a wash and a ride, grab some delicious Thai food for lunch then go to meet my friends and have a skate.

2 years to this day I started watching your channel and went to Thailand during covid. That trip changed me. I came back, got clean and finished a teaching degree. I plan to return to Thailand next year to volunteer after I save up enough. Thanks Keis. Keep doing your thang!

2 weeks into my first trip back in Thailand in 5 years loving it. Went to ruam sab market 3 days in a row when I first got here. So darn good lol. Currently on koh kood, highly recommended, best beaches I've found so far

@@keisone yea was ok first part out of Bangkok was boring on highway but once you turn off and go the coast the roads were amazing and good scenery, gotta ride back in the morning

Used to skate when i was a kid. Half pipes and quarter pipes. Whiz around pattaya on my e-scooter now, but been looking at a honda monkey. Enjoying the vids 😊

That little 2 stroke is the best transport for central Bangkok as it is narrow and has a good turning circle for filtering through congested traffic.
I have been riding a Honda Wave125 in central Bangkok for 9 years and much faster than anything else for getting around.
Saying that, I would probably buy a Honda Click 160 for Bangkok if I was replacing the Honda Wave as better for carrying shopping.
Yeah I can zip between the tightest spots, and the turning circle is amazing, I can literally lift the front wheel from the seating position if I need hH

I'm thinking about working in Bangkok, and the only thing I'm a bit worried about is the air pollution. How bad is it really? Have you had any problems so far?
It's bad sir. Most people get sore throats and use those nice inhalers to keep the nose open ;-). My tips: use sunblock all the time, probably a mask when you're commuting on a motorbike. Other than that, if you think about the risk/reward you'll probably come to the conclusion it's worth it ;-)
