I am often asked if living in Bangkok, is it hard to not put on weight here with the delicious food and the temptations of the Bangkok Nightlife. I find cheap sparkling mineral water with a teaspoon apple cider vinegar and quarter teaspoon of honey diluted in a small amount of hot water, plus ice, makes a nice low calorie drink and the sparkles bring out the sweetness of the honey, so you don't need much honey.

great video bro. great work. pops always told me get in what you put out, and you did the work. I'm very lucky that no matter what I eat and drink, I don't gain a pound! It's crazy, but I've been blessed with an insane metabolism, where I've been the same weight since high school. But I can still very much appreciate your struggles...look forward to seeing other videos of yours.
So I do a variation on this. I basically don't eat after 8pm and then have breakfast after 8am, so I'm fasting 12 hours every day. The weight doesn't come off as fast but it's consistent and it's not so much of a diet as a way of living. It's also not difficult to do, so I don't really feel like I'm missing anything. Of course if we're celebrating an event, or I want a night off then it's no big deal to skip the odd night. The benefit here is that there is no yo yo effect, & if anything I'm exercising a lot less than I used to but still dropping weight.

Landed in Bangkok yesterday - I’m glad I can find healthy food here - last booze was on the plane now gone straight onto 1 meal a day fasting after 1 - really works for me

You should try intermittent fasting. Eventually it could become a daily routine, where you fast for 16 hours a day. Basically same as OMAD

Thats an awesome transformation in a short period of time! To anyone trying to replicate an OMAD diet be careful, it may not have similar results. If that one meal puts you in a calorie surplus, you'll never lose weight. Just luckily, most people can't consume over 2 or 3k calories in one meal 😅 this just goes to show though that a little discipline goes a long way with dieting, that belly vanished 👍
