    The process of reattaching the handle after the new one is anchored: The threads seem to catch for the first few turns and then release allows me to start to remove the handle again. Ideas?

      I am hoping that you did not strip the threads in the process of screwing it back on. I would make sure that the brass cap that goes on before the handle is on completely tight or else it won't let your handle screw all the way on. If there is no success there maybe you can call Moen and see if they can help out with their lifetime warranty. Good luck and thanks for watching.👍
