I wish this review and recommendations and IEAs from the review were available and implemented into hospital maternity services before 2018, I wouldn't have lost my baby whose death was avoidable 😢

Very well done for your hard work. Your recommendations will definitely make the difference. The timing, however, of this report is not ideal in the midst of the pandemic. I wish the release was delayed for a month or so.

With respect, the victim families of the gross negligent manslaughter of nine mothers and 200 babies at the Shrewsbury and Telford Trust should seek justice in the form of criminal action for the imprisonment of the Trust Head, the regulators, the negligent obstetricians and the negligeent midwives of the Trust and in addition thereto civil action for compensatory payouts of at least 1,000,000 GBP for each lost life. It is imperative to brief your solicitor and barristers at your earliest convenience to avoid prescription of your claim particularly in respect of civil damages.
