- What is my identity? Sometimes we all wish we were somebody else, and struggle -- and we go through great lengths, to be someone we are not, often hurting ourselves. A short story about a little rock wished to be something he was not, only to find along the way, who he really is. "The rock who wanted to be a tree", written and directed by IMBeggar.

Make this a book. Any Christian parent would gladly read this kind of poetry to their children. Great job!

Taking notice of even the most inconsequential things God has made is to give thanks to God for all he has done.

I’ve been watching this channel’s videos for three days in a row (almost going through all the vids and repeating my faves). I have to say, my prayer life has become deeper and more constant (I had this thing where I was scared to pray) and I was able to stay away from more distraction and just sit down in silence to do my work. It became easier to face things I had been avoiding and to avoid things that I struggled with. This is a really nice hopeful thing cause prior to this I was really thinking this religion thing doesn’t seem to be working out anyway. Thanks 🙏🏽

@AntonyC Just to be the rock. God made it like that. Just realize what it is you are by God's design. And understand what it is, and who it is, that has made all these things the way they are. The value comes from God.

@@AntonyCannon Does something in transition become not that thing? Does a tree become not a tree because it's a table? Or a statue not a stone because it's a statue? Wouldn't that be up to the person who created it, and knows its purpose or function fully? Everything in creation undergoes transformation, because it's meaningful to things that are only here for so long to grow, to exchange and give and receive, and to cease. In this form, for these purposes, for this time. Eventually, though, we reach perfection under the watchful eye of God, through his understanding of the creations purpose. Even the creation knows that this perfection that God gives is the perfection WE have sought after, through the wisdom given to us.

I love this! My whole testimony is about me struggling to find my identity because I kept looking for it in the world until I finally embraced who God made me to be instead.

Thank you! I have struggled as long as I can remember, feeling like I was a girl. Every waking day I couldn't fit in with the boys and I felt like I was pretending for the sake of others. This video gave me the courage to realize that I was made by God to be this way, and I shouldn't strive to be someone I know I'm not.

@Maksie0 Take this as encouragement, but just as this story suggests, there’s actually a beautiful reason for why God creates one to be a man and another to be a woman, and that we ourselves shouldn’t choose what we think we should be (in the sense of gender). If we choose to rebel against the way God made us initially, we actually will find that we’re worse off that way, because, well, there’s a reason God made the choice for us to be initially who we are, male or female. God doesn’t want you to “transgender” because He knows it’s only going to hurt you if you give into the lie that you’re supposed to be someone else. Hope this makes sense :)
Never look for something that you are missing that others have, but be grateful for the gift and talents that you already have.

I really enjoyed the video this gives me a better idea of how that even when wanting to be something more we ignore the fact of how beautiful our lives truly are. We also ignore are achievements we had gain just being ourselves instead of looking at our own unique identity and abilities we as a person have. This video is truly amazing and inspiring. I must be deeply broken inside because I still hate myself deep down and feel like God's absolute worst creation. Nothing I do turns out right. And anything worthwhile, I just can't seem to achieve. I resonate with failure far more than I do blessing or success. My lack of awareness or appreciation of the blessings I actually do have only make me feel worse about myself. Can't afford therapy and God's not going to magically fix my problems. This is simply just my plight. I wish I had a happy ending like that rock. 😔

I love your videos and I want to be an artist so bad, I try in Clip Studio Paint but not that good. But being an artist is just me. I am short (5'3), lazy and tired, and i have no job to get me fired. Only college that feels like a bash, hen i get a break that flies like the flash. But at the end of everyday I sit and think while I pray and then I praise that I bear and gift that I can share, for God made me to be full of life and for me that is alright. ❤️✝️

But nobody is born transgender it is a choice that people make, people have mental illnesses and gender dysphoria but it takes decision making and thinking to decide you're gonna take hormone replacement therapy and surgeries. We are all born male and female, there is no third gender.
