It's a slang phrase. "on God" is used to express honesty, strong emotions, or strong belief. It's often used alongside a statement that the speaker strongly believes to be true. Fiore wants that home alone role or believes her pranks match home alone level of complexity strongly. It's rather adorable even though I'm concerned for the others...

@@vakama4923 Hunter didn't exactly take my concerns seriously. As for Ashley.... Ashley thinks mere swearing is misbehavior, so she doesn't exactly have a fair bar imo... If I do another behavior check in, I'm gonna want to ask somebody who'll be fair and take it seriously. I also want to do a bit more before assessing her behavior from somebody again.
