The story of the video, at least, is Remington is dying at the start of the video, if you go to the very start they actually changed the reflected light in his eyes to be in the shape of skulls, the lady in white is meant to be someone leading him to the afterlife, (ie walking toward the light) and then Remington dies at the end a, a specter of the dead himself, as emerson and sebastian stand on either side of him, but alive, in the land of the living. And therefore they only appear in the reflection
Right when Emerson plays the piano it starts to snow you should watch the bts behind this video

i could be wrong but i think the storyline of the music video is him feeling lost and like nobody's there and then emerson and sebastian are behind him kind of symbolizing that rheir always watching out for him and there even if he doesn't seem them. and then i think the lady in white is supposed to either be "god" or someone showing him to the afterlife. and then the end i think it showing he died or something when he out his arms out and it's like "wings" or something. that's what i got from it but idk if it's right at all
This song is part of the album they dropped in late October, the fever dream album, all the songs are great.

A song that I really enjoy Remington’s voice is their cover of Elenor Rigby… they really did a great job of adding bits and pieces to make it their own, while keeping the true essence of the original. I think you’d like it.

the whole album they released is really good. some really good ones are off with the head, toxic in you, line it up, king of the damned and eternal life. i personally think all the somfs on the album are really good but those are a couple.
