Its better than the old ones. I'm personally not a fan of having the main information split up at separate sides of the screen, or the ticker going past the logo as you catch just one word at the far side. I think maybe incorporate the time into the ticker by putting it just to the right of the logo. Also the ticker could do with being drastically slowed down. I know that the font is bigger than the one on GMB but if you watch the speed that it goes at, it is very slow. It's mainly to help people who have sight issues or struggle to read so it really does help. Also, I'm intrigued to see how you plan to add a header to the lower third. For example: The "Happening Today" or "Entertainment" header above the main content of the lower third. I like it though, it has really developed since the first mock you made. Hope this all helps to make it better.

Just some tweaking needs to be done, but apart from that, nice work!
