For those interested: On the notorious neck dive: I replaced the weird strap the guy had on it with my old comfy, short fender strap and... no more neck dive! You just need to be shortass with a shortass strap like me haha :) Also, a lot of people try to wear the strap 'straight/normally' but if you put a twist in, because of the way the rear strap pin faces, it will actually make the strap straighten out... if that makes sense? It stops the strap from sliding/rotating down your shoulder and also helps stops the neck dive. One other trick if you real have problems is to put a heavy weight, wrapped in tape and secured in the control cavity to help balance things out a bit.
