The picture of the puppy on it was the spitting image of my sweet dog (James was his name LOL) that I lost a few years ago. He had so much personality and then some. East Anglia yarn Festival was a great show, nice to have a local show not to far away from where we live, I'll definitely be going again next year I couldn't afford more than 1 yarn show a year! Maybe you should vend next year with your lovely bags!!? And get James on your stall, 😀 Did walk past you yesterday, but felt too 'star struck' to say hello 👋 haha I'm more inclined to say hello if i saw you locally in the big sainsburys or in the F-shop buying fabric and wool 😀 Lovely bits you got, I spent all my budget, but so chuffed with my purchases. x

They told me that made it free parking on everything in advance so I had no idea there was a way to pay for parking at the hotel! Grrrrrr! I had a unexpected visit from one of my sons this evening with a card for me which was lovely, but nothing from the other son, which was to be expected so I am used to it now. But we continue to have a difficult relationship. They are both in their mid to late thirties now and have their own lives. Look forward to tomorrow’s vlog!
What lovely purchases. I have been to 1 yarn show Yarndale quite a few years ago now. I still have some of the yarn I bought to use. I got a bit overwhelmed but another time would know better. So glad you had a good day though. x
Lovely haul, glad you enjoyed it 😁 The chromatic yarn is part of the resistances collection, in D&D and other dragon killing games, it’s when you have a special power to resist something (as I understand it ☺️🤣)

Oh Paula you make me wish I could knit properly...I can do a knit stitch and a pearl stitch but if I drop a stitch I am done for...also patterns just make my brain hurt...there are too many terms and abbreviations that I just don't understand...I did try knitting a robin one Christmas and then the pattern said " using antasia- ( not sure about the spelling on that) make the robin's red breast" well that was that and I had to ask my friend to finish it for me...
